Efflorescence solved

After cleaning the 15 year old tile shower for serious efflorescence, I used this product - put 3 coats on the grout and 1 coat on the tile. The shower looks great and no efflorescence has started showing again.

Granite composite reatoration

I used this in restoring my granite composite sink. Works wonders!

Great product

My 25 year old sandstone pool coping was bleached white by the Texas sun. 511 restored it to a beautiful beige. Easy application.

We have used this product on our tile counters and floors for years and it works very well to keep the grout clean and free of stains.

I’ve used this product for over ten years to seal various pieces of sandstone both inside and out of the house. I purchased the enhancement sealer by accident and didn’t realize what a difference it made to the color. Not really happy about that.

Flat not Glossy

I’ve put 2 coats on and followed the instructions for my granite countertops but can only achieve a flat finish. It doesn’t seem to achieve a glossy finish and doesn’t look attractive

Water beads right off

This is the first time I have sealed my shower tiles since buying this home. The difference is unbelievable when it is treated, the water beads right off!

After cleaning their travertine and ceiling with this product the floor looks brand new

Product was great, but price was outrageous.

Sealing was almost non-existent when used for marble tiles. Not worth the money as there are better products out there.

Slate tile shower

I used this to seal my slate tile shower. This stuff is fantastic. I tried other water based tile sealers and they are terrible. This is solvent based and it’s a bit fumey, you might use a mask during application. If not blow a fan into the work area. The results are superb and my slate tiles are beautiful again.

It was returned. The bottle was too small for the necessary coverage.

It does enhance!

I was concerned about the added cost skeptical after using other sealant products on a dull tiled patio table but decided to give it a try in hopes the "enhance" would do just that. Pleasantly surprised, it definitely did bring the color and original sheen back, it no longer looks like it is drab and dusty. Would use again

Never got the shine on my granite. Didn’t list the ingredients. Too early to tell if it will resist water stains etc for as long as they claim.

Bought Many Times

Very pleased with quality of product. I do not wipe the product off to have a thicker coat. Does take a longer time to dry, although worth the wait. Too expensive to waste product. Only other thing, they say 20 year satisfaction guarantee, it needs to be done every two to three years. Not sure why they make this claim. I never challenged them on this claim. Would never expect to last anywhere near that timeframe.
