Great Grout Sealer

It was so easy to apply and I really thought the smell was not bad at all. I would buy this again.

Be Careful When Using This Product

Sealer seemed to work o.k., but there was a user caution on the label that I believe that needs more expansion. It said to not breath the fumes nor get them in user's eyes. I didn't have any protection equipment available, but I assumed that I would be o.k. since I was only doing a small bathroom and had an overhead fan as well as an air extraction fan running all the time doing the project. However, I did suffer from lung congestion and eye problems for several days after finishing the job. Sadly the product label did not list the contents nor provide a source for a copy of the appropriate MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).

Read earlier reviews recommending to poke a pin hole in the seal. This definitely made a difference on my bathroom counter

Built in applicator either doesn't dispense, or when does, drips down tiles, with directions saying must wipe off times within a few minutes.

GREAT PRODUCT

We have a tile floor in our kitchen and laundry room The grout joints needed cleaning bad. This product did a fabulous job and now looks like new. Very easy to use with the built in brush.

The Grout sealer works by keeping out stains and doesn't look like there is a sealer on it. My grout still looks natural. That was the biggest part I loved about it. Very easy to apply with the brush tip. I also used on the tile in my shower. I started at the top of the shower to let it run down the seam of the grout. I did not press on the bottle at all to keep a minimum flow. I have attached a pic to show how well it seals with water.

Too Runny

Too runny -- does not easily affix to vertical grout lines

This grout sealer is unlike any used before!

The sealer is too thin with the bottle/brush configuration provided. The liquid pours out when working on a vertical surface. With the warnings provided, this stuff runs out of control. If I wanted to apply it with my own brush, I would not have bought what I expected to be a handy applicator. The viscosity might help penetration, if you could keep it from spilling all over! SORRY!
