Great Product!

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this grout sealer was to apply. I had concerns that applying a grout sealer would discolor my grout and would have strong fumes. This did not affect the color of my grout and had no strong odor. I applied it to two bathroom floors and a shower. I did it a different way than spraying it all over. I sprayed the grout sealer into a container and applied it with a foam brush. I can already see how much it is going to protect my grout.

Cannot tell durability, as it was just applied. Installation is not easy with the spray bottle supplied. Grout was 1/8” wide, and spray nozzle scattered sealer all over tile, which had to be wiped up. Transferred liquid to a plastic travel squeeze bottle. Much easier.

it works!

Needed something to seal the grout in my bathroom. The people at Home Depot highly recomended this product but he warned that i needed to follow instructions. I cleaned the grout ( as recommended ) and then sealed. It was easy. Much easier than i was prepared for. Waited 4 Hours ( as recommended ) and was ready. The stuff works. It repels water and seems to keep my grout clean. Good product.

Waste of time

Purchased this due to it being water base and ease of use. I followed instructions and did 3 coatings on the grout. Very easy to apply and clean up and even though it wasn't stated in the instructions, I did wait 3 days for everything to dry. When went to use the shower, I noticed that water was still being absorbed in the grout lines. IT DID NOT WORK. I ended up having to remove the sealer and applied Miracle Sealants Grout Sealer. Not sure if it is because it is water based or what but I would not recommend it to anyone.

Been looking for a product to use in my kitchen tile. Saw this in store and guy working the department highly recommended it. Worked fast and seems to be doing a great job so far
