Permanent water spots on counter top.

I absolutely loved this vanity at first, however the counter top got stains that look like water spots that do not go away no matter how thoroughly I clean it. I believe they are permanent. When I wrote in to question what to do, I was told to contact Wyndham directly but not given a way to do this. I did some further research and others have had the same problem. They are saying to have sanded, polished and resealed. I've only had this vanity a few months. Very frustrating.

Great Vanity

I was nervous to order this vanity as it didn’t have any reviews yet but we have had it installed for 2 weeks and absolutely love it! It was easy to install and looks great in our bathroom! Drawers are a great size…big enough to fit everything but not so big that we are putting a bunch of things on top of each other. Great so far!

Well made and beautiful vanity. Counter top is sensitive to handsoap and leaves a shadow stain. Looking for a PH balanced soap to see if does not cause a problem.

vanity install was easy

I 've completed the installation and I must say it looks great. The install went smoothly and i had no issues with the product, that is no scratches or defects. It has a great classic look in my bathroom.

difficult drawers

The drawers sometimes are difficult to open. The drawers have a soft clothes however, you have to push them so much I might as well just close the drawer all the way myself.

DON’T UPGRADE

We initially loved this but noticed one side was a little light, meh okay not a big deal. Until 2 months in and we notice it’s a bit lighter and 5 months in now a bald spot where “marble” should be. We don’t use any harsh chemicals, and have even lighting. I think I’ve see this set is sold elsewhere, I’d look around!

Defect in top

Ferguson's has been great as they advised that they would have the top replaced as it appears that there is a defect under the sealant of the marble. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates from them as they are waiting on the manufacturer. I am disappointed that it is taking this long as I have already advised the client they were going to be replacing it.

No quality control

The biggest complaint I have is the side splash is cut wrong. It is 3 1/8 inches on one side and 3 inches, when I put it up against the backsplash you can see the difference. Dusty hand marks on the bottom of the vanity from the workers who put it in the box. The bottom and back were marked up. I call the manf. and HD and they both put told me I had to either return the whole vanity, instead of just the defective side splash or order a whole new vanity set and switch parts at the store.

Looks great. The contractor who installed it said installation was not a problem in any fashion. And so far, the quality seems a high level.

Near homerun

Beautiful except for the one crooked drawer. Sadly this distracts from an outherwise outstanding product. The manufacturer while helpful had no warranty service company, so I am on my own to find which they said they would reimburse.

High quality build and great drawer slides. Packaging seams to be a bit over the top but probably necessary. Maybe use less non biodegradable Styrofoam.

Beautiful, but

This is a beautiful vanity. The mirror looks great. I don't know if I can really recommend it because one of the drawers is crooked. Now there are two adjusters under the drawer, which helped but the bottom drawer still hits the frame. Sad, the manufacturer offers advice but little else. They have no warranty service, they suggested that I find a handy man . Very disappointing because it looks so nice in the remodeled bathroom. Maybe I should have returned it right from the start.
