There were missing parts and no information on who to contact. Quality of item once assembled was not the best, not very sturdy. We had to run to Home Depot and purchase a cheaper heater that was much better quality.

Way overpriced and not as advertised.

Because of Covid-19, quality outdoor heaters are hard to find and the prices have doubled. This unit is advertised as a top of the line heater with a Weight bladder that can be filled with sand or water. That is false. There is no Weight bladder. This is made of very thin tin and will not even stand up straight. It's quality is the same as my $150.00 units, and it came dented up. I would not buy from this company again.

Warm heat for warm heated folks

Fit our patio needs perfectly! We use it for our socially distanced patio gatherings. We can sit 3-4 feet away from the heater and feel the heat. Easy to turn on, and off. Like the safety feature of turning off if tipped too. We bought this based on reviews, and quickest delivery options available. We are pleased.
