DO NOT PURCHASE

Paint began to peel off within 1st 3 mos. looks 4 years old after less than a year. That must be why only a 30 DAY WARRANTY! Only assistance from company was to suggest how I,MYSELF, can repaint it. I will never purchase from this company again. Waste of $500. Shocked Lowe's would continue to carry this , especially now that I see multiple reviews with same issue.

Nice flame on low. Throws a good amount of heat on high, and it’s in a completely open area. Nice finish, looks like concrete. Replaced the lava rock with glass for appearance. Very happy so far.

The only thing we don’t like is the propane tank is on the side and can’t be hidden within. But we do like how low it is vs the ones that have the tanks hidden are much higher.

I usually don’t write reviews but I’m so disappointed that I had to write one. We bought this last year and it was great. We stored it in our basement for the winter and when we brought it back out and uncovered it, all the paint was cracked and peeling off in sheets. Very disappointing! I’m going to try to repaint with high heat paint… but after one year I shouldn’t have to do that!

Trust the bad reviews on this. Do not buy! Ours chipped after 1 year even though we covered it every time it rained.

Looks great out of box. But after a winter covered, looked at it this spring and all the paint has flaked off. Kudos though to wayfair for quickly

DO NOT BUY - waste of money $$$

If I could give this negative stars, I would. Terrible quality. We have had this for less than a year (8 months). It was outside and covered (with the included cover) all winter. Just removed it and the entire top is peeling. I reached out to the company to see what could be done and they basically said I was out of luck (and $500 ). TERRIBLE!!!

Piece of Garbage

This firepit is not concrete and it did not work. It is terrible quality and I would not recommend it. I paid 498 for it and now its over 600. Teamson would not assist and there is only a 30 day warranty. Luckily Lowes stood by their customer service and agreed to take it back. Will never buy a Teamson product.
