Needs parts replaced

Very disappointed. To begin my order kept getting delayed during the delivery process, ended up arriving a week late. After receiving the item some parts were damaged but I managed to make it work, however the pole that holds the shelves together that also connects to the tv mount was warped and simply no good. Everything was packaged great so I’m not sure how quality control missed the defects. I couldn’t give it 0 stars so I’ll give it one because it could’ve been a nice tv stand had someone did their job and made sure the parts were workable. It’s not too bulky and doesn’t take up a bunch of space fyi.

As of now, I would give one star. First of all, arrived later than scheduled. I spoke to someone and he was suppose to get back to me as to why I hadn't received and he never did. Second, when it did finally get here, parts were missing. Third, called about the missing parts only to receive the wrong parts. And four, still waiting...

Great product, it's sturdy and nicely holds my parents 48 inch television. The only downside is ...

Great product, it's sturdy and nicely holds my parents 48 inch television. The only downside is the height. Because it's for a bedroom, they need it tad bit higher in order to comfortably enjoy tv while in bed. Otherwise, it's a great space saver and it has shelves which are great for displaying things like candles or magazines and/or for the placement of cable boxes, dvd players, etc..

after waiting 11 days I have to return the product as there is a manufactuting defect in product and cant be assembled (tube stand 5 and screw rod 8 as mentioned in assembly guide are a mismatch) and its a known manufacturing defect as per hodedah. i i wast two hours of my time and sweat to realize that. now i hv to put in extra effort and time(onlyogod knows how many days more since they wont tell can) to return. strongly suggest not to buy.

Very unhappy with this product. Came scratched and full of dust. Looked like it had been on display at a store and they just put in a box and shipped it to me. Returned it right after i opened the box.

I would like to say that the item is very cheap item I bought two of them and both was damaged poor cut from the warehouse no instructions glass was broke the holes were damaged I returned both of them not worth it
