First of all, it's useless to include a cup plunger attachment for a tool that will be used in a toilet. Cup plungers (the flat kind) are used for sinks or other flat surfaces. I bought this intending to use the flange plunger only, but it's too small to cover the outlet in the toilet, so it's never going to work. That right there should be enough to keep anyone from buying this set. However, there's more wrong with it.

The worst customer service. Items from Wayfair frequently arrive damaged on a regular basis. I usually deal with it but due to the extensive damage on this item, I finally complained and requested a refund or replacement due to arriving dented and the box destroyed. They will not issue either of my requests unless I return it. I have no time to deal with poor customer service, This 35 item cost them my families future business and goodwill and will be my last order through Wayfair, there’s better options with better customer service.

Great set, surprised it came with the brushes and plungers too! Wish there were more color options, was hoping for a more brushed metal to match the rest of my fixtures.

Not that good, handles broke very easily

While this item was aesthetically pleasing, but the plastic brush did not hold the metal handle tightly. We also ordered this item in chrome and it was rusting very quickly.

Cheap, flimsy handles that make scrubbing the bowl or plunging terrible. Handles constantly want to unscrew. Plunger broke on first real use.

Sleek design, but terrible quality. The toilet brush handle broke in two after one use. I tried gluing it back together, but it never stuck. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love the Metal Free Standing Toilet Brush set! The fact that it comes with both a small and large brush is incredibly convenient, and having them together in one set rather than separately is a game-changer. It makes cleaning so much easier and more efficient. Highly recommend!

For a while, it was great! I can't remember what exactly broke, but I ended up throwing it away. Kind of awkward using the toilet brush with the round thing. I think I just scrubbed too hard and it broke. Plunger was super tiny.
