Quality carpet- Packaging Disappointment

The rug itself, is pretty. The color palette is cream, taupe & blue/gray. Rugs.com was easy to purchase from. The delivery of the rug came at a reasonable time. The rug was delivered folded into a rectangle, wrapped in clear plastic. This method of packing created multiple creases in the rug. It looks like how wall to wall carpet wound buckle it not pulled taut. It is disappointing to have it lifting is so many areas of the area rug. I am used to rugs rolled and just needing to put books on the ends to flatten the corners. This is ridiculous! Hoping over time the rug will flatten out. Just disappointing because I feel like to ship more conveniently they ruined the end product for the customer. The area rug should have been rolled not folded.
