Great chair

This is a really nice looking chair. It was a little stiff at first, but after a month, it is really getting very comfortable now. It reclines back really far, so you could actually lay down in it if you wanted to. It’s a great chair!

Disappointed!

Cannot believe how light this La-Z-Boy is. When I had the occasion to turn it over while positioning it in the room I could hardly believe it had the La-Z-Boy brand on there. This product seems so cheap; so unlike the other La-Z-Boy in another room (several years old and still good) and the others I have had over the years. Add to this the almost 2 months it took to get it well............you get the point. Have made several purchases over the years with RTG for myself and one of my children-----I think this one is my last.

Lazy Boy Quality Decline

The rocker recliner looks nice. But the springs and recline mechanism are another story. When rocking you hear what sound like springs or other noise. It should be silent as it's brand new! The foot lift mechanism makes three loud noises while raising your feet up and the same thing when lowering the foot lift. My two previous Lazy Boy rocker recliners were silent when new and even when older did not make the noise of this brand new one. This will be my last Lazy Boy product. I think the quality has greatly declined unfortunately. And I've only had it three weeks.

We love this chair. It has the full set of positions we wanted and all are comfortable.

This is a comfortable chair. The only reason I didn't give it a five is that the lever to raise the leg rest is uncomfortable to get to.

I paid $1000 for this chair. It’s sits next to my $299 Costco chair which is much plusher and smoother. The La-Z-Boy chair makes all kind of noise when you try to lower the feet and it snaps loudly as the foot rest enters back into the chair. The sides are hollow when you tap on the leather, I think this is very poorly made. And I’m quite disappointed.

Love my Leather La-z-boy

My chair came on time, was set up super fast for me and now my wife to enjoy. I cant get her out of it. Haha
