HATE HATE HATE this toilet!!!
Has to be cleaned EVERY SINGLE TIME IT IS USED. Had to have a wall hung toilet and the low flow Toto toilet was the only one available due to supply issues this summer. Total disaster. I care for 2 kids, 2 aging parents and a spouse with early onset dementia and literally the last thing that I needed was to add cleaning the toilet to my to-do list EVERY DAY. DO NOT BUY THIS TOILET! If I could give it negative stars I would.

the toilet arrived damaged. it was put in the shipping box that way. I could tell because the inside box was torn but the outside box was not. I have yet to hear from the seller and I have inquired about how to replace it twice.
