Pretty but not effective.

Got this one to put in a 400sqft finished Florida room. Brick/drywall and 3 pane windows. It's really easy to install, looks very nice, but, does NOT put of much heat. I was looking for something more attractive than a ceramic panel, that would be cost conservative, i.e. - infrared quartz is a good option. Disappointed in the heat, but otherwise happy. Alexa/app setup is a little odd, but not difficult.

Purchased an electric fireplace. Had the contractor build the wall and now its suddenly back ordered for 2 months. Boycott this company, they take your money and don’t deliver the product

House worthy

It was a very nice but was too big for my apartment. Weight also was too much for my walls. Probably better for a large house.

Great fireplace highly recommend

I have been looking for a smart electric fireplace for my fireplace project. We decided to go with the Aerus because the frame looks narrower than other smart models. We really liked that look. Also, the Aerus can be controlled with Alexa voice commands and that's a plus. So far I’m impressed with the Fireplace.

It was just installed yesterday and its August in Texas so I have not tried the heat yet. It was a bit hard for the electrician to place a dedicated line exactly where needed to accomplish the hard wire installation. He spent more time measuring than actually installing the wiring. A wall template might have helped.

I would buy another

Built into space after I removed old stone fireplace.. Bluetooth speakers are awesome..
