Excellent Blue and Ivory rug

We got the rug quickly which was a great surprise as it was shipped to Hawaii. The rug has a great blend of ivory and blue. The blue is rich, not too much navy and not too much royal blue. It was a nice blue in between the two. It was exactly what we were looking for.

The importance of Free Returns!

We purchased a rug that according to the website picture had muted colors. When we received it, colors were very vivid and bright. We submitted our claim to return it and we’re told the colors on their website were within acceptable parameters, which meant we had to pay the freight to return this rug in order to get our credit. Freight cost $37 - so if you buy here make sure you like it or you will get stuck paying shipping back! Major disappointment - we learned a valuable lesson - make sure it states free returns!

It's a rug

I received this rug in good condition, but I could not use it because it was the wrong color! It clearly states that it is Navy Ivory. It is Royal Blue! I had to haul it down to the local Kohls store and I also lost the $40 Kohls cash that I wanted to apply, because of their mistake. I have had a lot of bad luck ordering online with Kohls, mainly because they take weeks to deliver items, and I get them in multiple deliveries? 10 items and 10 deliveries! I'm done!
