One of the 2 faucets installed for a client had a leak from inside the faucet assembly. For sake of time, just ordered a replacement and returned the bad unit, so don't know how their customer service is.

I bought 3 and 1 of them had water leak out the top along the edges of the button. Seal isn’t the greatest there so water gets in there and then splashes out when you press the button.

Love the faucet, my only issue (which was my own fault) is me being a plumber, most bathroom faucets come with a pop up assembly/drain and this one does not. Thankfully wayfair has exceptional shipping speeds. Ordered on a Thursday night and received the drain by Saturday afternoon. Highly recommended

Faucet looks very nice. Great black color. Good water flow. First Vigo had a flaw causing a slight leak. Home depot had fantastic customer service and took care of the problem.

Good faucet but Deckplate not included

I was excited to find this matte black modern faucet for my new bathroom. I purchased it because it was modern looking & the specs in the Home Depot.com listing said this faucet included a “deckplate”. Some of the photos in the reviews for this product also show this product with a deckplate. When I received the faucet in the mail, the deckplate was missing. I called homedepot.com & they told me to call the manufacturer, Vigo, to get them to send me the deckplate. I called Vigo customer service & after a 30 minute phone call with Vigo customer service, I was told this product did not come with a deckplate. Vigo told me I needed to call Home Depot.com to resolve this issue. Again, I called Home Depot.com & they told me they didn’t know why their product description for this faucet said a deckplate was included. I’ll be taking this faucet back for a refund. The back & forth to resolve this issue was beyond cumbersome & time consuming. Not happy with this purchase. It makes me so leary of buying things online again.

I put two of these in our bathroom vanity and love them. The quality is amazing and they mount nicely to the porcelain vanity top. When cleaning them, be sure to dry the water off or the will spot.
