Quality seems ok. More blue in it than expected. It's wrinkly though. It's been rolled on the ground for two weeks and still got creases/wrinkles. Might have to resort to steaming it.

Great purchase, very pleased
I received this rug just two days after placing the order. Because it is a 9x12 rug it came folded. I was concerned that the folds wouldn’t come out, but after a couple of days it’s looking smooth and beautiful. Really brightens up my living room.
Great runner!
I am so happy that I purchased this runner about a month ago. I paired it with a cream shower curtain and now the bathroom is refreshed! It quickly lays flat after receiving it. Just roll it the opposite way it came overnight and presto. It’s ready to go.
Very versatile
Already had one in my great room. Bought another for my bedroom. Colors of tan, beige, cream and grey go with everything. Quit overall pattern. Not busy. Great backdrop for neutral furniture and floors.
Perfect Rug
I needed a rug to put under my cedar chest. It was the perfect size and color was perfect too. Had no problem getting the rug to lie flat and it took only a few days to receive it. I have bought many rugs and never have had any problems or returns. Customer Service was perfect too.
You get what you pay for
This hall runner looks OK and fits the area where I put it, so it isn't terrible, I suppose. However it is very cheaply made which I should have expected from the price. I've had it a couple weeks now and cannot get the wrinkles out of it. It will not lie flat in 2 or 3 places. There's actually a mention of that from the manufacturer saying wrinkles are normal and that all you have to do it roll it tightly and they'll go away. Not true because I've wrestled with it several times to no effect. It's in the hallway from the garage so it isn't in a place where appearance is all that important but if it were someplace where it was highly visible to guests I'd probably return it. Hopefully over time it will eventually relax and lie flat.
