Really love the bed!

We really love the bed! Very modern and fit our room nicely. Highly recommend to ask them to installed for you, as this bed is like 200lbs very heavy. We did it our self is bit crazy so do not try to save money.

Disappointed in shortcoming in the design.

I just finished assemblinng this bed. Two short bolts were missing. But there are shortcomings to the design. The feet are a poort design as it isn't clear how to light up the screws to the bed. So I nixed that. However, not including the feet (which is okay per the directions), the corner support is too low. Also the support slides around when it should be bolted on. I'll be adding this myself, but it shouldn't be necessary. Fairly disappointed.

The Furniture and in-store Service is Outstanding

We worked with the Frisco store and had a wonderful experience learning about and selecting the furniture for our new home. Zuri even was able to hold our order for five months while our home was completed. One warning. We also bought the white glove delivery service. There is nothing white glove about Zuri's delivery service. I would recommend that you find another way to get the furniture delivered if you want it in good shape and properly assembled. No kidding, you would probably be better off rounding up relatives and doing the job yourself. That being said Zuri will eventually make good on the challenges created by the delivery team, but you do have to go through the time and trauma of getting it done. Now, all that being said, we love our Zuri furniture and don't know where else we would have found the items we bought for the master bedroom, dining room, and family room.

Lovely and modern. Just fine with 18" mattress.

I absolutely love the bed (although I wish there were markings I know where to drill holes for the feet). Fairly easy to assemble otherwise... if you're handy, that is. No idea why it says that the maximum height for the mattress is 12". My 18" mattress in my opinion looks a lot better than a 12" one would because I think a lower mattress will expose the space between the headboard and the base while the 18" mattress covers it perfectly. (I was afraid that my mattress would be too high so I first tried to drop the mattress in the frame straight on the floor, without the bottom "rib cage" part and I actually didn't like it as much as I like it with the bottom present, when the mattress rises about the frame a little bit. The frame is a bit roomy for its corresponding mattress, but that extra room allows to tuck in the comforter when you make the bed so it looks the way it is supposed to look and you don't have to store your comforter elsewhere. I am going to try to see it if I can attauch the picture. If I can, this is what it will be: Pictured: my king size bed with the "ribcage" in, with the 18" mattress, with the comforter tucked in. (Sorry for the mess in the background, we just moved in and I still have remideling projects to complete.)

Excellent and stylish

It looks amazing. Note that it is very close to the ground. I docked one star because the size of the bed frame is a little bit off, there is a 1~2 inch gap on the head side of the mattress, so things can very easily fall through.

Stylish and attractive bed

We bought this bed for our guest room along with mirrored end tables. It looks nice, people appreciate the uniqueness of bed. I'd expect better assembly instructions and quality of the leather and parts for the price I paid. But overall, I am happy with the purchase because its hard to find modern looking furniture.
