Great faucet, had been looking at other stores for this but Wayfair has the best price. It was harder to take out our old faucet than install this one. Instructions are actually good, no plumber necessary! Elevates the look of a room.

Poor quality

This is the second Moen motion sensor faucet we had and have had the same issues. First one, then both sensors stopped working. Then both began turning on without anyone nearby leading to an empty hot water heater when we woke up one morning. Have had to shut water off to faucet to get it to stop. Very problematic!

Beautiful! My plumber complimented it when he came to install and said it was a very high quality faucet. Looks nice, sleek, just what I was looking for!!!

Works great!

This is a great faucet. Works flawlessly, and you can use either the handle or waving. With some other faucets, you have to have them electronically in “on” mode for the handle to work, which isn’t very intuitive.

I am an architect and I also have experience selling kitchen and bath fixtures to trade professionals. I ordered the Moen Align family of plumbing hardware in Chrome for 3 bathrooms and the kitchen remodel of my personal home. They have a striking look, are well made, and function beautifully.

I received this nov 2017, had it professionally installed with the water restriction piece removed in feb 2018.

Meh I read the reviews and everyone loved it and then they were talking about motion activated. Apparently the reviews were just all mixed up and I thought this expensive faucet was going to be motion activated but it’s just a regular faucet. I paid about twice as much for it as I should’ve, but it was installed before I had a chance to do anything, and I needed a faucet very unimpressive

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

I have a Moen product that has wifi. First of all, mine only came with a battery pack and the batteries were expensive and only lasted less than 2mnths. We purchased the AC adapter $100 thinking it would be better. Nope. The hot and cold signals don’t work, I scorched my child w/hot water when I had it on cold because of this. The sensor stopped working after less than a year. They also changed the app to a “premium app” and I can’t even access it. For a $400+ product I want my money back.

Great faucet-- more useful than you can imagine, until you have one

More useful than you would think until you have one. It is like having a third hand. Turn the water on and off with a pot in one hand and a sponge in the other. So useful and addictive that when we visit friends we instinctively wave our hands at their faucets, to no effect of course. Recomend using plug-in power supply to eliminate the need for batteries.

Third purchase of this faucet in various colours. Love the simplicity of this tap and that it is sleek and not too high. I ordered this originally as it would default to stream versus spray after the spray had been used and the tap turned off. This function worked well initially but is now sporadic on the oldest tap.

Love the black stainless steel finish; it matches my new appliances (GE Cafe series) perfectly. I also appreciate that it does not seem to spot or fingerprint like other faucets I looked at. I also purchased the bar-size model for a second sink!

Beautiful Faucet with great functionality. Disappointed Moen doesn't make a matching disposal flange like Kohler does for their gold color. It has been problematic finding a sink disposal flange to match, This faucet is very much "Brass" and much less "Gold". I was slightly surprised how dark brass this faucet was as catalog photos were hard to tell. But it matches my hardware fine unless you give it a hard look. Hope these pictures are helpful.

Spent 2 hours removing old faucet and installing new faucet. Turned the water on and there was a leak somewhere inside the faucet--water everywhere. Unscrewed every connection and re-installed, still leaked. Really frustrating to wate all that time on a faulty product. On the positive side, it looked really nice.

I like the smaller sprayer and how it is the same size of the faucet base making it very sleek and simple. The gold is a little bit hard to match because it has more of an orangey tone, but it is still beautiful. Love the single handle design, works very well with my 24 inch farm house sink.

Cool design works great. Just wish it had a little more length with the spray arm, but that’s just me nick picking. I recommend this product.

For the price I expected a better quality. The sprayer head is cheap plastic. Its hard to control the temperature of the water. It also drips several times after you turn it off. The curved spout also comes off very easily.

We have not installed this yet, but it is a beautiful faucet. This gold color may be difficult to match as it is a brushed gold and I haven't seen anything similar elsewhere. Will upload photos once it's installed and update my review then.

Beautiful faucet. Everyone thought I was crazy to put gold and copper together in my kitchen so I just sat back and waited for the reaction on the faces. I knew I’d be correct. It’s just gorgeous and it adds a touch of bling that you’re looking for. I also got the matching soap dispenser as well. They both look so nice on my granite.
