Love it

Love it! It has a clean look and goes well with the new countertop and sink. The sprayer works really well. A visitor loved the faucet so much that she bought the same faucet.

Beautiful faucet

I bought this faucet in the gold finish about 6 years ago when I renovated my last kitchen, and just bought my 2nd one to switch out the builder’s faucet in our new house. My DIL also used the same faucet in their renovated kitchen. I get many compliments on the color of it. It’s a dark, beautiful gold color, and I think it pairs beautifully with the gold in my Cesta linear pendant, and contrasts well with the black hardware and stainless appliances. (I’m a huge fan of mixing metals). It functions very well. It is stylish and sleek—it could even be called minimalist. After about 3 years of heavy use, the last faucet started leaking when switching to the sprayer function. I called Build and they sent me a replacement head. It was an easy switch out and I never had another issue. I highly recommend it.

Moen 7565 kitchen faucet

Sleek, modern with helpful features. Pullout faucet with aerator and spray button that helps with rinsing dishes. Features include a “power wash” button that increases the flow rate substantially to put more water where it is needed. Each time the faucet is turned off the flow rate returns to the low flow water saving setting.

Less than a year old and leaks

This is the most expensive faucet I have ever purchased. It's beautiful. 10 months after purchase, it leaks and my handman is unable to fix it. He told me it's defective. $500 faucet that needs to be replaced with under a year of usage. Do not buy.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this faucet. I installed it and was never able to use the talk feature as the faucet was not able to connect to my internet. I spoke with Moen for assistance, on the phone for hours. They didn’t know. It requires 6 D batteries every 3 months. Today it just stopped working. Water running, now just dripping. Flashing purple, there is no code anywhere for purple. Moen has never been able to help. Super disappointed and I was so excited to purchase this. Dont buy it!!

Beautiful, modern, simple yet one of the best kitchen faucets I have bought!

Very simple elegant faucet, which we have found to work much better than our prior faucet which was “high tech”. So much technology it did not work as it should have. Our new faucet is a pull down, with spray and stream, and the extra is the booster button for the hard to clean spots. Much better than many much more expensive brands.

Great faucet and soap dispensers perfect

Moen makes great beautiful products that look amazing in our new kitchen. And the service is too notch. Moen is my go to for home accessories.

Striking but Disappointed

I chose this faucet and matching soap dispenser when we remodeled our kitchen. It’s a beautiful faucet, but falls flat once you begin to use. I’ve already had to use warranty to replace a faulty gasket at the base of faucet. The sprayer isn’t very powerful and hardly reaches the sides of our deep sink. Overall, I paid 5x what I could have paid for something similar and wouldn’t make this purchase again. It’s only been six months since the kitchen faucet and soap dispenser were installed and I’ve now had issues with both Moen products. I’m currently waiting on a response regarding the soap dispenser that stopped working. I’ll never splurge on something like this again and choose more wisely.

I’m very pleased with the Moen Faucet. It looks exactly like the picture. I haven’t had a chance to install yet but I’m sure it’s going to look great. The delivery was fast as well. Ordered one day and delivered the next. Great service.

Stunning, clean profile

Very clean, non-fussy profile. I have used this faucet in several projects. First time I've gotten the black finish. It is stunning, and I love the look in my kitchen.

Dainty Faucet

The faucet itself looks nice and works well. With that said, I would consider it a "dainty" faucet. The spray head feels petite in your hand and the spray projection is also on the narrow side. These two factors aren't necessarily a negative, but something to be aware of. Moen is a reputable manufacturer, but I personally second guess if I should have purchased a more budget friendly faucet.

Lovely design

This is a really lovely faucet and simple design, but spacially it is a little on the small size and my only valid complaint is that there is not a matching drain - so the faucet is gorgeous, but my old drain looks terrible. Should have been an up-sell option.

Kitchen faucet

I am completely satisfied with the kitchen faucet I purchased from Ferguson. They were helpful while I was in the showroom and answered all my questions. Very professional as well as friendly.

I received this nov 2017, had it professionally installed with the water restriction piece removed in feb 2018.

Faulty spray wand

A MOEN7565BL kitchen faucet was installed recently during a kitchen renovation. The wand spray head has two functions…spray or stream. During the stream mode it has an additional drip along side the stream and is problematic. Lifetime warranty?…let’s aim for shorter periods. What ever happened to quality products??

great help with initial cleanup!

1. it's great to be able to wash dirty hands without touching. 2. keeping my hands moving so the water stays on takes some getting used to. the only thing kinda odd is that hot water doesn't come before it turns off. the eye on top didn't work on the original set so mr. called moen. the call was very short: the c/s tech determined the problem was with something they needed to replace. the replacement unit was on the front porch lickety-split--no more than two days later. this solves my water-staying-on comment. i did ask to have the weight moved farther down the tube so the sprayer will come out farther for us.

Lucky, if you get two years

We’ve had nothing but problems with this faucet. For starters, if the water is running any higher than a trickle, the pull-down nozzle switches to Spray mode. This usually results in a messy experience. Second, the faucet is constantly coming loose. That is, every six weeks or so, we have to get under the sink to tighten the faucet. This required us to be a special tool. Overall, I would not recommend this product, as there is a huge disparity between quality and price for this item. Not to mention, the annoyance of getting sprayed everytime you use the faucet, as well as the headache of tightening it up every few weeks. Spare yourself the trouble!

Beautiful Faucet with great functionality. Disappointed Moen doesn't make a matching disposal flange like Kohler does for their gold color. It has been problematic finding a sink disposal flange to match, This faucet is very much "Brass" and much less "Gold". I was slightly surprised how dark brass this faucet was as catalog photos were hard to tell. But it matches my hardware fine unless you give it a hard look. Hope these pictures are helpful.

Always Loose

I am so disappointed in this faucet! While the look is flawless, the design is horrible. The faucet is always loose and constantly needs to be tightened under the sink. It does not come with a base stabilizer (base plate or ring), which is the root cause problem. Because, each time you turn the faucet on/off, you are putting leverage on the faucet, which in turn is loosening the faucet with each movement. So, if you use your sink daily, you’ll find yourself re-tightening the screw under the sink every week. We chose Moen for its excellent reputation for quality, but this faucet has fallen way short, and, after only 6 months, were looking at replacing it with a different brand.

Cool design works great. Just wish it had a little more length with the spray arm, but that’s just me nick picking. I recommend this product.
