It works ok, but the plastic collar that attaches it to the flow pipe got a hairline crack when I tightened it. One layer of teflon tape applied before tightening should not have caused this. Pretty frustrating. Maybe make that attaching collar out of metal instead of easily breakable plastic would be an improvement.

Bought to replace a different shower head selected and installed by my Contractor on our bathroom renovation 5 years ago, which popped loose at the ball and socket joint, so I o longer trust that one to be safe for washing my toddler's hair in the bathtub. Have used it once, and so far so good; functions as expected, based on its price point at around $30.

The plastic shower head holder cracked at connection. We ended up ordering a metal holder. Shower head itself is working. Not worth time to return the broken piece.

Mediocre water pressure

I wanted to love this. The design is clean and lightweight. Buuuut, the shower spray on the 2 'wider modes' is weak. If you like budget hotel water pressure, then you'll be fine. But I prefer a stronger pressure with a wider spray circumference. I'll buy something different and use this as an emergency back up.

Plastic

I installed this and used flex seal as the teflon tape does not work as well with plastic connectors. It only held up for 6 months then started leaking. The connector ended up breaking and had to be replaced. Save yourself money. Spend a little more and get one with a metal connector.

I really like this handheld shower head. It is nice and small which is exactly what I wanted as an additional shower head for my newly remodeled shower. I like to use it for not only when sitting on my shower seat to shave my legs but for easily rinsing the walls when I clean my shower. It is perfect for my needs. The only drawback is the different spray patterns don't seem very varied, but it is not a game changer for me. I would buy it again.

Great product... then NOT so great

I purchased this as a replacement for a Waterpik that wore out. I was happy paying a little bit more for a light weight hand held unit...unfortunately, 5 months later, then I could no longer change the position of the jets and when I tried to turn it recently, the whole thing exploded in my hand and water is pouring out of the bottom of the head. Of course, according to Moen's website, the warranty is only for 100 days. Guess it doesn't pay to go with a "better" product 'cause they are just as cheap. Back to Waterpik I go...
