The provided cartridge did not go all the way into the valve. Had to pay extra to get one from my plumber.
Disappointed customer
It took 4 times of going back and forth to get the right products for a shower head and hand held for the shower. Such a big disappointment to have a plumber that many times. I came to Fergusons thinking they were the experts but was sadly mistaken, I will not be coming back.
