I don't know if this problem originates with Moen, but I have tried to order this product from Build and another vendor, both showing the hose with two ends that look similar, only to receive a hose that has one end that looks like a hex nut. I will be returning. If anyone at Build/Ferguson can find me the right product, much appreciated.
I have another hose but this is a safer length that won’t hit the shower floor

The hose for any hand-held shower head is subjected to constant flexing and is guaranteed to fail within 1-2 years of use, and always at the faucet head end. Fortunately, with this Moen faucet, replacement is a simple job accomplished by any competent DIY'er and without any special tools. This should not take more than a few minutes to change out.
Brushed Nickel
It is not a match for my original brushed nickel, this one is closer to chrome. I also wish i could find this about 10" longer to match my original.
