Bad cartridge

Water pressure was non existent on the hot water where water barely trickled out. Pulled the cartridge out and reset it and it still didn't work. Cold water was OK but pressure still wasn't where i wanted it. Returned it for the project source everfield. Similar style, $10 cheaper and has ceramic cartridges rather than the cheap Moen junk

Moen quality at a great price

Great price for Moen quality and the faucet looks great too. I gave my plumber the choice of what faucet to put in one of my homes and he chose this one. He knows my renters can be a bit tough on plumbing fixtures and wanted a Moen as repairs are rare but when they are they are a snap for him with parts being easy to find.

faucet sprayer was previously used

The faucet is nice, however the sprayer had obviously been used. There were pry marks on the handle where someone had taken it apart, and there were mineral deposits from the water on it. Thankfully it does work, though.

I like this product and it is my 3rd ONE in a few years. It looks great and works well. But please be careful not to open and shut the water valves as the stop place is only plastic. Breaks easy. Also keep in mind that it only last around four to five years.

Great Faucet, Low Cost

Quick and easy install. The neck feels a little cheap, so much so I decided not to install my Pur filter due to the weight, but other than that it does what is supposed to. Great pressure from the sprayer.

Sink repairs on Memorial Day are no fun.

Works good. Replaced it once with the same one. Easy to install. Quick connect hose. Somewhere it began leaking at one of the factory welded spots under the whole thing or somewhere. It is a good product. Hook up the mobile dishwasher to it with no problem. High enough faucet, and it swivels so it is out of your way.

Replacement faucett

Installed the unit. Could not get the spray hose to connect to the connection for it. Removed the unit, went to the store. The instructions showed removing what appeared to be a cardboard protecting tube. My unit, and a store unit, did not have a cardboard tube. The store clerk pulled off a small plastic tube that held lubricant. Then the spray hose would connect as it should. Wasted about an hour and 30 minutes because of the bad picture and inadequate description in the instructions.

Nice Kitchen Faucet

Works great no problems. Looks good. Only complaint is that the hose for the spray was coiled in the package and will not uncoil. Makes pulling out difficult. Tried uncoiling but just recoils.

2 years to the date and the sprayer sticks!

Well, that's about it. Brand new house. Brand new faucet installed in October 2021. The sprayer button recently started sticking, where the sprayer won't turn off. Needless to say that is annoying as all get-out. The sprayer is plastic on the inside. That silly button underneath is plastic. It probably wore off somehow or something. That sprayer gets used about once a day cleaning up after dinner, so not like extreme heavy use. This thing supposedly has lifetime warranty, so we'll see, eh? I hope that sprayer handle can just be replaced by the user without having to call the plumber. I really don't care about having to schedule and pay a plumbing call for crappy faucet.

Caldwell Double Handle High-arc Kitchen Faucet

After settling on this design, which didn't match the old one, I chose this based upon reviews. Since I have had a lot of experience with jobs like this, it only took me about one hour to complete. I was surprised that the sprayer is chrome-covered plastic and it is located fairly close to the cold handle on my sink. The sprayer seems to have more power than my old one, which is nice. Good value.

hot water trickling out; Plenty of pressure coming into the faucet can't unscrew the brass nut (whihc is very soft) to inspect the cartridge - it won't budge.

Overpriced Garbage

At first you think it looks good and the price is reasonable. Not even close. I have no idea what is going on in the manufacturing process and shipping or shelf stocking. But something is not right. There is nothing quality about this faucet. Everything leaks and doesn't line up or tighten! It fits my sink with no issues there. All the supply lines fit well with no leaks. But the faucet itself leaks. The knobs are loose and can't be tightened. The part that tightens the neck down is cheap plastic. The sprayer is made from cheap plastic. The quick connect is made from cheap plastic and can't be replaced. So never yank on the sprayer hose or the quick connect will break. The quick connect is bulky and doesn't fit in tight spaces. This is not what you'd expect from a brand like Moen. Do yourself a favor and ignore the ratings. Just go with something a bit more if you have to go with this brand.

Will not last long

I bought this in 2018 and it worked great until right before Christmas. I had a big pool of water under the sink. My brother figured out it was from the middle ( spigot ) connection. He tightened up the connected that goes over spigot. That helped until now Jan 3, 2023. It keeps coming loose and makes what leak under sink. I really expected buying a Moen would last more that 4 1/2 years. I mean I had a cheap plastic one that lasted 25 years until I replaced sink. Just very disappointed.

Garbage

Used a pur water filter less than a year and replaced that with a cold water in line filter. Replaced the faucet aerator because of a leak. Had to use pliers to tighten. A year later and another leak. Tried 2 more aerators, 1 moen, and a generic. Threads on this thing is crap. I'll be replacing my Moen with an apartment style cheap one tomorrow. Don't waste your money. Good looks doesn't mean good quality.

I thought Moen made quality products til I bought this faucet. I have had it for right around 5 years and the hot water side began to drip and it did not feel like it was shutting off or stopping the handle properly and as time went on it would move further and further until the water would start to run again as if on - - turns out the stop on the handle was going inside the plastic stop on the valve instead of butting up against it. The faucet neck also leaks where it goes into the base when it is turned to either side. Water was shut off going to the faucet both hot and cold as it started leaking underneath and I had to put a bucket to catch the drips. I am removing it today and replacing it probably with something cheaper without a useless life time warranty

Make certain you have long enough water line hoses

Once the old Moen faucet was removed, the 2 handle unit was very easy to install by comparison. I failed to measure the connection from the old to the new faucet and as a result, the existing water line hoses were too short. I like the "push and click" technology that is used for the side spray and the arc faucet. There is a small tube of silicone gel included to spread on the "O-Ring" for the faucet that keeps it swinging from side to side. $75 plus tax with Free Shipping...I feel it's a good value.

Moen Caldwell Chrome 2-handle High-arc Faucet

Faucets have become very cheaply built and many parts are chrome plated plastic instead of metal. I installed this item quickly and it seems to be working well. It seemed to drip at first when off, but it must of seated itself with use and now has stopped any leaking when turned off. I like the additional sprayer and it shuts off immediately when handle released. Moan has a lifetime guarantee, lets hope I never have to use it.

Absolute perfection!

I am not a fan of single handle faucets. When mine broke, I was delighted to find this perfect faucet as a replacement. I was also please that the faucet part was a reasonable size as compared to those huge ones popular now. Beautifully packaged, readable instructions, easy installation. Highly recommend!

Disappointed on Division Street

The first one was faulty, and I waited weeks for the new one to arrive. Now I'm waiting for the plumber to come back and install the new one.($**.** per hour). Moen has a lack of quality control problem!! Not Your fault, but I purchased the item from you. Companies such as Moen should be held responsible for their faulty merchandise and should pay the second plumber bill. Then just perhaps they would pay more attention to the quality controls of their products!! Just hope the second one does not have issues!!

Defective faucet handle

One faucet handle (happened to be the hot water one) defective. Worked okay for 2 days, then stream became very, very weak. Unusable. Cold water faucet still working well. Unfortunate for us that this was an exchange for a Delta model that also had a defective faucet handle, but irrelevant to the Moen brand. Maybe. Going to return it.
