The faucet could be a little more modern

Installed bathroom faucet. Replaced faucet that was leaking under the sink.

We love the look and function of these trims, what I didn’t like was how packaging from Home Depot screwed up the order by shipping one chrome and two oil rubbed bronze ones which really threw a wrench into the whole process.

Stylish and functional

The new faucet looks great in our remodeled bathroom and functions well.

A fine item but needed the valve kit. Not clear on initial order but got confused with other items.

Beautiful faucet. Quick delivery very stylish, though I do want to say that it does show water spots. They do wipe off very easily never disappointed with a way that purchase they stand behind what they sell.

Maddening cheap-ness

The faucet itself is solid, but the top of the faucet is a cheap plastic piece with chromed plastic wrap? Maddening. Along with the crummy quality of the toilet paper holder and the towel holders - that are single, fixed pieces hollowed out in the back (how cheap do you need to get?), this whole Dartmoor line is a hot mess.

Doesn’t come with all the parts

Doesn’t come with all the parts. Now I’m waiting for my plumber to get them and I’ve been living in a home without sinks for two weeks. This is only the faucet and handles none of what is required to secure them on underneath comes with purchase

I ordered this and it was not at all obvious that it needed the valve set to go with it. In fact I’m only finding that out now as I am on reviews page. The box said to call Moen not the vendor if a problem, they sent me parts I already had. I now see that I would have had to add 117.00 purchase to make this work. Nice faucet bit this took too much of my time. Best thing is my plumber came and replaced a part on my old one. Less money and less waste.

My plumber specified Moen and another brand, and I looked at everything available. I liked this the best for me, the simple design and the chrome finish which is beautiful. I don't agree with the negative reviews at all. The finish has a polished look and no problem keeping it clean and free of smudges. I love it. HD got the order to me in less than 24 hours. Excellent customer service for HD online purcheses.

Very nice and to be expected with Moen. Think through other hardware needed. I was going from single to double faucet. Had to order 130 hardware

Beautiful. Somewhat Victorian in feel. They look great on a 60" grey marble counter.

Great looking faucet

Purchased in chrome. It looks better in person than in the photos. Very heavy and seems solid. Looking forward to having it installed in our guest bathroom!
