This toilet tissue holder is made with great quality and works very well in my bathroom. It was easy to install and I had no problem. It looks great!

I purchased these for our home in Ohio, and after we moved to North Carolina and purchased these for our new home, they are excellent quality and I like the functionality of the swivel arm.

This toilet paper holder lifts up to change the paper roll. No separate piece. I really like it. It's very pretty and matches the towel ring and faucets.

This is a straighforward hook with a bit of pizazz and I like the flatter hook for either towels or robes. In fact, I'm going to order more, as this is a very classy looking piece for the bath. Quality is definitely there.

Love that it can hold a large roll of toilet paper and be able to spin it without getting stuck. And love the pivoting design to remove/change toilet paper roll. Also Easy to install.

This hook is fine. It’s sturdy and matches the rest of the set. Not much to say. It’s a hook. I can say that the color and shine is staying nice. I believe it’s plastic, but you cannot even tell! I ordered the chrome color.

This is a brilliant design for changing rolls of paper, and hope my kids will finally change the rolls! My negative comment is in regard to the installation. This would be a challenge to follow the directions for some people. Fortunately my husband is very handy and can work around confusing or sparse instructions.

This is very nice looking and extremely easy to use. The lift up mechanism is excellent versus the old fashioned plunger type roll where you had to push it to shrink it , then take the tube out to put the toilet paper roll on it and return it to the holder. Personally, I find this toilet paper holder to be the best I’ve ever purchased! Simply lift the middle toilet paper tube and slide the toilet paper on. So easy a child can do it!

Make sure when you install this thing, test it out by putting a roll on it and then rotating. I made the mistake of positioning it too high and when I rotated it up, it hit the counter and I could not slide a roll on. I had to drill more holes and lower it. The product is a nice finish, rotates easily, set's in place firmly. The screws it comes with seem way too long to go into most MDF vanities. Instructions come with a useful tracing thing that helps you level it and drill the holes exactly where needed, BUT... BE CAREFUL because the instructions come with a tracing thing for this product AND a towel bar. If you use accidentally use the towel bar one, you will probably drill holes in the wrong place.

I updated all of my bathrooms with the Moen Vale line if accessories. I am not sure what the other two reviews are referring to. I’ve mounted three of the pivoting toilet paper holders with no problems other than wall repair from removing my old hardware. As to the review that there are no templates, this is absolutely false. The instructions have templates for the toilet paper holder, 18” towel bar, and 24” towel bar.

I bought the matching set. Very nice in my guest bathroom. Not to modern but not to old fashioned. Just need to cover the old holes. I used stronger anchors. Very sturdy. I love the lift feature to change the paper roll. Cute and different. I would recommend this product.

We were replacing a cheap toilet paper holder with this one. It came with good quality drywall anchors (the kind that have the toggles that pop when you screw into them) and screws. It also came with a template to tape to the wall for install so it makes install very easy. One little issue is that the arm doesnt go all the wall into the little slot even when there is a toilet paper roll on it. Its trivial though and could be our install error. Overall, would recommend.

Good quality holder and all the hardware included. Easy install- but note one thing. The post bases are wider at the wall. IF you buy large roll toilet paper, you will need to add extra space between posts to accommodate it, and the instruction guide with the measuring tool does not allow for this. So if you do use the guide you will end up drilling twice and sweating bullets hoping that the base will cover the holes. (Barely, and I was lucky as heck!) See second photo to see fit. The spring cross bar part is plenty long enough to add the extra space.

Awesome product. We dealt with this giant pedestal style toilet roll holder for years because we hesitated to drill through the tile on the wall. Finally we decided to bite the bullet and were glad we went with this Moen holder. It is so much better. I will never go with a standard spring tube holder again. This pivoting holder is so convenient. Changing the roll is an absolute breeze. What a time to be alive!

No fault of Moen, but I had a time getting this installed. That's more due to my lack of drywall patching skills. However, the TP holder itself is great quality, and a slightly more economical choice than some others out there. It feels very solid on the wall and I love the rotating feature instead of the spring loaded bar. We will probably upgrade the rest of the bathrooms in our house with these.

I hope the pictures I took give a better example. Installation was just like any other bathroom hardware. It comes with a paper template for positioning screw holes and makes mounting easy. The drywall anchors it comes with are the good sturdy kind and after the installation, it feels very sturdy in the wall. I put three of these in; two into walls and the third into the side of the vanity. It worked equally well in drywall or wood.

I've always really liked Moen products, this here is no exception. It matches great with my chrome finish bathrooms and since I've never had a pivoting toilet paper holder before, I really took to it. I love not having to use those spring loaded ones where they could fall in the toilet bowl, bathroom floor or wherever due to it slipping off when you're changing it (never happened to me, of course.) It's easy to install, just follow the guide they give you and you're good to go.
