When I was looking for a toilet paper and towel rack I was drawn to the long standing good name of Moen. I have on,y just opened the shipping box. The paper holder will be installed later.

I haven't installed this towel bar yet, but i did open it to see the quality,condition, and if it was what I wanted and needed. It was very nice-great quality-not flimsy and very pretty. Just what I wanted and needed for my bathroom.

Install with care

The paper template for these towel bars is very accurate. I have one that has been installed for a month, and the bar is solid.

Nice looking bar but became a bit less secure and slightly wobbly which requires regular tightening. It's attached to a stud so I know it's not the anchoring.

We bought two of these towel racks to go with our other Moen fixtures. The mirrors are also from Wayfair. They are sturdy and simple. I just missed the extra 15 Pre Presidents’ Day Sale which would have been nice because I made a big purchase. They are clean and sleek looking. They are easy to clean.

Good Looking and Good Quality

This towel rack is good looking and made from good quality materials. It is relatively easy to install and comes with clear instructions and all the hardware you need to put it up

This towel bar looks good and does the job. Our handyman installed two of them for us and, like many other reviewers have mentioned, the way they are put together makes it impossible to get a perfectly snug fit. As such, they do rattle a touch but not enough to really bother me or for any of our guests to notice / mention it. Would prefer for it to have fit together perfectly (hence the 4-star rating) but it's something we can live with.

I will give it a good rating even though I didn't use it. I was using the Moen Genta (Not LX) towel bars and accidentally ordered this one. Based on description on Home Depot's site it seemed like it was the same as the non-LX model. Well, it's bigger (thicker, heavier duty) than the non-LX model so not really a match. It did seem it would have been just fine to use if I'd started out with the LX line. No problem returning it so that was good.

Piece of Garbage-When Will I Learn?

I've had it with Moen's crap products and impossible installations. They give you zero margin for error, and once you've made the inevitable mistake you're right back to patching the wall, repainting, and starting over. I just want a towel bar on the wall, and they turn it into a production. Thanks again, for nothing.

High quality and nice finish. The installation instructions came with a template which was very handy. My only gripe is that this comes in 3 pieces. So it doesn’t have that smooth continuous look that I think a high quality towel bar should have. Also where the bar connects to the wall holder, it is not a tight fit so I think I will be hearing a little bit of clanking everything I touch the towel which you can bet is going to annoy me.

I was looking for matte black accessories for my master bath remodel and ended up on Wayfair. I bought everything there including these simply designed and well made industrial vibe towel bars. They were super affordable and arrived at my door 4 days after I ordered them. As a designer I like to touch and see things before purchasing but Wayfair does such a good job of presenting their products I find my expectations met or exceeded without fail. Other customer comments and photos are a big help when I’m on the fence. I will share photos when the remodel is complete and I can comment on any installation issues. These, as expected, are perfect.

Screwing into studs is not always possible so drywall anchors are inevitable in some cases. Thankfully Moen didnt cheap out there as the included drywall anchors are beefy and solid to ensure a long lasting and solid hold.

The Genta series of faucets and accessories has really clean lines. The line works beautifully in a modern or traditional home. The installation of the faucets and towel bars was very smooth. The accessories all come with paper templates. The templates have screw hole placement. Everything installed perfectly !! I especially love the ease of cleaning around the faucet. The faucet design has a smooth one piece design around the sink area.

I bought these fixtures on line because I thought that Moen was a reputable product. However, on receipt these fixtures looked and felt cheap. They are very light-weight and I the bars on the towel bars are not a solid continuous piece, they are actually two pieces. I do not believe they will hold up to the heavy traffic our bathroom sees on a daily basis. I was very dissappointed.

I really like this bar! Very heavy, sturdy, great finish! The mounting hardware is super solid! All I had to do was find the place to mount it, make two hole for each mount. Push the plastic hardware into the hole, press in the plastic activator, SNAP! The mount is in place! Now just screw the base into place! Real nice, the mount has a small allen set screw on the bottom that is easy to use, but well hidden. SOLID!
