The faucet is really sturdy and well made. It arrived in a very timely manner and securely packed. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size for my tub, and had to return the item. The staff was very patient, polite and helpful when I called about returns. I was e-mailed instructions and a Fed-Ex label for the return. I was very impressed by the company and would not hesitate to order from it again.

I have been a plumber for over 30 years. I tried to get a BN tub spout from two wholesale companies. I don't like buying my materials from a big box store. However when both of these wholesale plumbing companies told me it would be over two weeks to get a spout unless I wanted to pay way more for quick service I decided to check around. I was able to get this cheaper than their everyday price and get it THE NEXT DAY! FREE SHIPPING. I needed this now to finish an insurance job.

With an ongoing bathroom remodel, I'm using Moen exclusively for all the fixtures. Quality is excellent. With a roman tub, I needed a longer spout. The 7" reach of this unit fits perfectly. I was surprised at how heavy it is...not flimsy.

I love Home Essentials Direct Warehouse Deals; however this one was not good. Product was missing parts and was mislabeled as "rubbed bronze". Not worth the trouble of returning. You know the old saying; "if it seems too good to be true, it usually isn't" !
