Easy install and works great

The unit is pretty straight forward to install. There one area u found somewhat tricky was getting the faucet handle to line up squarely when shut closed. I had to fiddle a bit with loosening, adjusting and tightening from the underside mounting to eventually get it sorted.

Easy installation - great looking faucet

Install was a breeze once I got the old faucet off. I recommend watching a YouTube video for installation as the diagrams are easy to read, but seeing it done made it more simple for me. Kids love the new faucet and after a few weeks I agree, it does what it needs to.

Simple install, nice fixtures

Relatively easy to install, but it goes much quicker if you have a second person on the top to make sure everything is straight before tightening. Matte black doesn’t appear to show fingerprints.

Beautiful DIY upgrade

This is an absolutely beautiful faucet, especially matched with white colored vanity and wall. There is a very slight glossiness but not reflective enough to stay classy. Installation was mostly easy. There are minimal nuts and bolts to tighten and they were quick. The only trouble is making sure the faucet handles are positioned correctly, and it is not possible to tell that without actually position it with handle and the pipe in place to get the angle right. Water drain piece was also easy to install. Just make sure you tighten that thing to a point the rubber seal is crushed against the sink. One little complaint I have is the water flow is somewhat delayed. I think how the waterlines are designed delays the flow. I have installed three of these.

Attractive Faucets

I love this brand faucet and have them in both bathrooms. Excellent, dependable, attractive faucets. My challenge for this installation was with Lowe’s. The first box I brought home was banded, so I assumed it was new. When the plumber opened the box, it had been previously installed, scratched, and had missing parts. Aargh! A senior who has to return an item and apologize profusely to a plumber is not happy. Lowe’s did provide a replacement and two weeks later I could get the plumber back out to my home.

Faucet spout has leaking problems

Faucet spout was leaking and ruining my new bathroom sink. They sent me cartridges, new valves and a new faucet and it leaks worse. They won't give me my money back. So, guess I will NEVER buy another Moen product again. Good luck anyone else with their products. What a nightmare!! I bought a Pfister, and it works great.

looks good, instructions are terrible, push down drain and pop up drain are not well thought out, if you push a little hard the unit sticks and malfunctions resulting having to pull out the unit and reinsert

Leaking from drain gasket

I have tried twice to tighten the drain nut to my sink, verifying that the gasket is inserted correctly. I cannot tighten it any more but it still leaks. I called Moen and they are sending me another drain assembly, but I doubt that it will solve the leak as it's the same part. Their recommendation is to put plumber's putt lol....their gasket should seal properly and I should not need to put plumber's putty. The only other option is to find a drain gasket that works better than Moen's. Really disappointed with this product. I should have kept the Delta faucet that I had originally purchased for this sink.

I had to stay with Moen it is the outstanding long lasting construction that made my choice to stay with this brand. I replaced a 1990 Moen two toned gold / silver unit , I had installed after we purchased our home.

Accessing the locker was extremely easy and Lowe's staff was very helpful. I purchased bathroom faucets. They were as described and pictured. They will be professionally installed next week.
