We purchased this tub faucet and had it installed by a plumber and within a few months of use (which was maybe twice a week) the lever you move up and down for the diverter to switch the tub faucet to the handle faucet broke off. So now the faucet only works out the tub spout and won’t switch to the hand held faucet. We have reached out to American standard twice now and still have had no response from them on how they could help. Product was purchased around 9 months ago in February and installed less than 4 months ago in July by a certified plumber.

This is a top notch product. The quality is really good. Solid Metal everything. Carefully Packed to preserve the finish. You will need the R910 valve kit though. So don't think that you have everything you need. this is trim only. I do think that the trim will require cleaning often to prevent water spotting and finger marks. I am big fan of the sprayer attachment as it makes cleaning the tub easy.

[Rewarded Review] Great product

I have to say this is an amazing product. Very easy to install and the handheld sprayer is great for washing grandkids hair, we love it. The grandkids think it is a play toy for them, ha ha. But most of all it is a lot easier to install than I thought it would be. The faucet is very nice to have in the tub as it fills quickly. Wife loves the look of it and is very pleased.

Valve they say is included is NOT INCLUDED.

The description title says the valve is included. When you go down to specifications, it again says the ceramic disc valve and supply lines are included. NONE OF THESE ARE INCLUDED. Can not install with out the ceramic disc valve and supply lines. It is also an additional cost of $322 for the recommended one in the install instructions.
