Great quality
Don’t know if it works yet. BEWARE the suggestions on the website. This was suggested to buy with the faucet I bought BUT IT WAS THE WRONG ONE! I had to get a replacement faucet because this was already installed. And my shower was delayed. VERY ANNOYING!

What Home Depot forgot to mention is that the M-core valve cartridge is not included nor is it available in most stores. Frustrating i got the transfer valve set and now have to wait a week to receive the Moen M-CORE 3-Series Mixing Valve Cartridge from another vendor because it is not available in stores.
Horrible packaging.
It wasn’t that long ago you would buy one of these and the trim kit, cartridge, and hardware where all included. Now everything is separate packaging, separate cost so Moen can make as much money as possible off you.

MOEN indicates part was discontinued in 2021
My dad is an invalid, so my shopping is online. I ordered this Moen Valve for bathroom remodeling. I ordered all merchandise prior to construction. Ordered July 2023 and construction started 8/22/23. This valve is missing hardware and contractors went to the store to exchange but all the valves were missing same hardware. Called Moen and they said item was discontinued in 2021. Now I am in some kind of arbitration process to return because Home Depot declined due to my Return Activity.

Leaks
I have installed 5 of these now. All but one have leaked. They leak out of the shower head or tub spout. It’s like they don’t turn off all the way. Trust me, as a plumbing professional, I would not recommend this valve.
