We bought a gold moen pot filler for our pantry, it looks great. We also bought a black moen pot filler for our kitchen and it looks HORRIBLE. Sags so much and the gold is perfectly parallel. Why would the gold look perfect and 99% of the black pot filler reviews I have seen look horrible? I see moens responses try to pin it on the plumbers work. Not the case in my situation, the problem is strictly the moen product. We have spent over $2k in pot fillers, not to mention thousands more in moen faucets and shower heads for our whole home. I would like this fixed asap with a replacement sent from moen.

This is an absolutely beautiful pot filler. It's very substantial in weight and you can feel the quality. It moves very easily and does not leak. Don't hesitate to order!
The color is not as pictured. I was very disappointed upon receiving the item. The color in the image is satin brass but it looked bronze in real life. Unfortunately, I had to return it.
