sharp faucet
beautiful faucet. solid construction. easy for plumber to install
We go to install this Fossett and it has no mounting brackets to put underneath the sink so I don’t know how the Fossett supposed to work without it we need a label to send it back
We haven't installed it yet, but the color is true dark black and you cannot see finger prints on it like some other faucets.
Excellent product. Well made as the Moen name means quality. I love the look of these faucets in both my primary and guest bathrooms.
Paint chipping off
Good faucet but paint is chipping off. We installed two of these and the spare sink which never gets used, the paint is chipping off.
Beautiful faucet but the handle for the stopper keeps separating from the rod.

Stopper Handle doesnt stay on
Bought two Faucets for our master bathroom remodel. Installation was difficult and the stopper on the back part of the faucet came apart on both faucets very frustrating to finally get everything installed to only have the back part fall off. We tried to fix it several times with no avail it kept falling off. The product does seem nice and sturdy and the matte black was nice just dont want to have to keep dealing with the stopper issue.

Faucets look great and seem to work great. Good customer service except I would encourage you to allow on-line requests for return/exchange for everyone, not just for those who created an account.
There were no valves and I have to return obviously did not see that in product description
Beautiful product. However they should state that the valve is not included clearly rather than buried in the specifications. The picture shows the valve so it’s misleading.

Looks great and has a good flow. Elevated cost because the valve assembly were required to be purchased separately.

Drain started to chip 1.5yrs after install
We loved have faucets & pop up drain kit but the matte black finish started to chip 1.5yrs after installation. The chip is getting bigger. Very disappointing. We’re looking for a replacement drain part and they’re between $40-80. We shouldn’t need to replace a part already.
Black matte bathroom faucet is flaking off!
I have been in this new build for 2 years and this bathroom faucet covering has started to flake off and is getting worse! What are my options?
