Faucet Does Not Swivel From Side to Side

The spout does not rotate. The plumber that installed it says it's not supposed the swivel. Called Moen. They said it is supposed to swivel so they are sending a replacement at no charge. Now going to have to pay another plumber!!

Faucet swivels very well. The handle moves smoothly and the water stops immediately. The materials seem durable and the price was very reasonable. Side sprayers should last a lot longer than pulldown sprayers. Fairly easy to install.

Stunned at the lack in quality!

My previous Moen kitchen faucet was in my house, when I bought it, and lasted another 15 years. This one I just purchased 5 months ago. THE SIDE SPRAYER BROKE! I can NOT FREAKING believe this. And apparently, now that I'm reading reviews, this is common. I am beYOND appalled. I have a terrible back and will have to HIRE A PLUMBER TO COME OUT AND REPLACE THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE. When I called customer service, I was so ridiculously polite because I know getting angry doesn't get you anywhere. Did this rep have an ounce of empathy or an apologetic attitude. Of course not. They could care less that we have to take a day off of work and hire a plumber to come fix their garbage they sold us. Just don't buy it. Not worth the complete frustration!

Loving my new faucet

Just installed my new faucet and it’s beautiful! The clearance is higher than the old one, but not too high that it splashes water out of the bowl.

Looks nice and it was a very easy DIY install. Looks very well made only wish is that the deck plate was made of metal instead of plastic. Very good Value. We will see how it lasts.

Side Sprayer

The side sprayer is now sticking on after only 4 months of use....very disappointing and extremely inconvenient. This should never happened at 4 years of use much less 4 months.
