This line is so sturdy..we have the towel and tissues reach and they look so great!

Installation method needs improvement

They look great but new installation does not work well. I cant get the hook over the plastic installation plate. Is there some trick to this?

It was easy to install

It was easy to install because the instructions were clear and they look great in our washroom. They match with what the builder had installed in our shower and the washroom allowed for these hooks instead of a towel bar.

hook look great, the mounting was a bit of a challenge, had to use toggle bolts to secure them to the wall.

Love the styling and sturdiness of this! Haven't attached it yet.

You may have trouble getting the parts to fit. I had to shave off some of the inner plastic to get it to lock in. But I tell you what, once you get this bad boy installed it’ll hold your robe no problem

Nice hook from collection in our bathrooms, but heavier than what we wanted. Returned the hook and return process was very smooth

Great Product but manufacturing defect

Great Product but manufacturing defect. Once installed, beautiful , function product. But needed to grind down the inside in order to get in installed. The Metal part was not clipping into the plastic mount. Quality control issue? Had the same issue with the one from build.com and the replacement from Moen. Did not have any issues with towel holders , towel bars and other Moen parts with the same install process.

will not tighten

Hook looks great but mounting anchor will not tighten so hook wobbles on wall.

These rob hooks are nice and sturdy, solid and well made

High quality product. Installation is easier (and higher quality) than having to use tiny Allen wrenches to tighten on cheap products.
