Monarch Etagerie shelf

It was fairly easy to put together. This is my second set of shelves so that helped. However when I went to put the glass pieces on one was shattered causing a few others to be scratched. The fault lay I think in the shipping company because that end of the box was damaged. Once I get replacement shelves it will be beautiful. Oh and I would call it satin nickel. Almost grey.

It's beautiful just not very stable. And the glass shelves don't sit in the sections very well.

Poorly made, Bad customer service

I bought 2 of these shelves to use in my store. The pieces didn't fit together well and looked cheap. The worst part, a shelf support broke off as I was securing the last piece in its place and would no longer hold the glass. It was going to require me taking it all apart and welding the piece back on to hopefully be able to use it. Since I didn't have someone that could weld it, I instead took the shelf apart and returned it and the unopened box with the 2nd shelf. I realized later that I never received my refund and was given the runaround from both Walmart and Homesquare. To this day, a little over a year later, I still don't have my money back for shelves that I returned and have confirmation that Homesquare received. I don't recommend the shelves or company.

Good buy

Nice style with the glass shelves. The metal is a little light and thin for the piece but overall very happy with the purchase

Awesome but broken

I ordered 2 and both arrived broken. I love the design but FedEx breaks everything so I don't blame Hayneedle. I wish they would do a ship to store instead or use UPS.

Tried to get a glass case from Ikea, but they were sold out. They let me know when they had more in stock………oops, sold out again before I could order it. So I looked around at other retailers and found just what I wanted at Payless Furniture. Thank you.

I tried to get a hold of them but of course only way you can cats and of course I don’t have a fax but I have a broken glass on my shelf it is sunny shelf 19/19 it’s a beautiful it’s a beautiful cabinet but without the glass and no way to get one I’m very disappointed

Great plant stand

Love this shelf, using it for decoration and a plant stand, little difficult to put together but it was worth it.

I return it because it was not chrome silver, it was colored gray!

It's worth the buy

It's cute. It is sturdy. This unit gives a uniqueness to the space.

Attractive and worth the price,

I bought 2 units, which are going to be placed side by side to hold books and decorative items after we move into our new house. The units appear to be sturdy and attractive. I'm sure we will be pleased with them.

Classy! Modern brought to match my tables in the living room. Have someone help you assemble. I put it together by myself. Was a little challenging. The glass has I good quality.

Beautiful and Sturdy

Looks great definitely my favorite piece of furniture. It takes sometime to put it together and the package is quite heavy but I was able to do it all myself and the instructions are quite clear and well labelled and worth it. it has great capacity and is sturdy definitely an interesting, beautiful bookcase

Beautiful design.

Bent. Disappointed.

Got the entire thing put together. Very pleased. Then went to place glass...top shelf so bent the glass will not fit. It cannot be bent back. The welds were fine, it’s bent at the midsection and totally hopeless to fix myself since I lack steel working equipment. No way to get part replaced from 3rd party seller. I don’t want to disassemble and return to store, don’t have a vehicle big enough, plus it’s really heavy.

Love the bookcase

The bookcase looks very good in our family room and holds lots on knick knacks.
