High Quality Pizza Oven that won't break the bank!
I purchased this pizza oven for a family barbecue. We premade the pizza crusts and made 10 pizzas in total. This oven performed over and beyond what I expected. The crust came out perfect. I am impressed with how easy this oven was to set up and the quality of the oven in general.
The product description is inaccurate and misleading. While the pizza oven itself works just dandy, we purchased this one because it was advertised as having a natural gas conversion kit included with the unit. This was not that case. As a result, we ended up spending more money to source the conversion kit (a bit of a task in Canada where Mont Alpi distributors are hard to come by). I would not have bought this item had it been accurately described.
My oven is all stainless steel. The fit and finish are satisfactory. I had an issue assembling the oven, as the screw for the one leg closest to the gas inlet was too long to tighten down. The screw was hitting the brass gas connector and I had to take off a 1/4" with a grinder.
Works well, bottle fuel regulator won’t cut it, needed to add 20lb regulator.
We have tried several times to make pizza in it but it doesnt get hot enough.takes forever to make one pizza
