Wait, wait, damaged
Ordered this three times. First time, rep ordered extra tile instead of this one piece. Second time I got ~2”x3” sample. Third time it was delivered to my neighbor (admittedly, not Build’s fault) and it was damaged — corner chipped.

The product was fine, but I ordered five of them the first four were free the last one I paid for. I only was sent one sample. I wanted to see what it look like with more than one on the floor. This didn’t do me any good. Very disappointed

We are using unconventional materials to give our kitchen a makeover and this tile was used for the counter tops. It is a beautiful product with a unique look. My only complaint was the way it was shipped. The pallet it arrived on was broken so it was repackaged at an odd angle making it hard to unwrap without careful planning to prevent breaking the tile

The delivery was professional and well crated. The 20 (2'x2') large natural slate, gauged tiles are perfect for my new kitchen counter top project. I wanted natural gray soapstone but the slate tiles are a great alternative.
