It’s just lovely

We ordered enough to do three kitchens and a hall (we’re renovating a four plex). Wayfair representative promised delivery would be your covered porch where the tile would be protected from weather and from there, as the property is located in the downtown district in Salt Lake City. We received the order in three parts. The first was left at the bottom of the stairs. The second was dumped in the lawn. The third was a 31 boxes approximately were palletized and they delivery company left it not even on the property but in the public park strip in front where anyone could pilfer it and it got wet from the sprinkler system. Despite their having my contact phone, where they could have called and even left it on the driveway behind a gate, they did the most minimal effort. Terrible service. Complaints to Wayfair were met with lectures to me about how I should understand how things are delivered and that my complaint should be with their shopper, despite being promised at the sale all items would be delivered to porch. I had to call in my workmen overtime and special in the evening to handle the tile at extra expense to me. I asked for a credit and Wayfair did finally relent to a 10 credit hit said it would void any other warranty I have. That wouldn’t work because I won’t know if the tile is damaged until my installer unboxes each when ready for use. I won’t be buying from Wayfair again.

It is so pretty even though my project is not yet finished. Highly recommended.

This tile is gorgeous! Heavy, great quality. Feels so nice under my feet. I installed the green but the blue was lovely too. I put it in an entry area and laundry room.

Beautiful tile- used in a guest bath for floor. Easy to install. Looks exactly like picture. Quick delivery when we needed to add a few boxes. Still working on the house- yes, toilet in wrong spot- not installed)

I used this tile for one wall of a bathtub surround, inside the niche, and for a backsplash behind the vanity. So gorgeous!!!
