Just wanted to try and add some information
Below a person talks about Beware of this product. Just wanted to add some clarity here. Untreated Teak furniture that is exposed to sunlight will develop a patina and turn into a silvery gray color. This process is purely cosmetic and does not harm the strength or quality of the wood in any way.
Beware of this product - verified buyer
We paid over 2000 for this product last summer around July delivery. Within 2 months of normal outdoor use on the weekends it began to change colors. See pics attached. We notified New Age the next spring as we put the table away for the winter. Their response was not under warranty due to normal use and wear and tear ! What product that’s marketed as “outdoor teak” for outdoor use not able to withstand the outdoors especially at 3000.00.
