This is not good. The head is so early to get tilted and not really function. The black color is also not good, very easy to show stains from soap. Expensive shipping. Could not even bother to return it.

Although they look nice, the tops are not fixed in place so when you press down it comes off. You have to press exactly in the middle of the top to make sure it doesnt move. Although it looks sturdy feels cheap and broken when using it... very disappointing...

Form over Function?

Visually, I love this item. It is very substantial and has a great feel. Turned out to be a bit large for my smaller bathroom (my bad, I didn't check the specs). More importantly, so far from my experience, it doesn't dispense soap very well. I am using it with Meyers hand soap and have not tried it with any other brand/type. But when I push to dispense soap, it just kind of drips down the side of the dispenser. Also, the exterior requires a pretty constant wipe-down to keep it looking good. Overall a bit disappointed so far but will try with another soap and see if that's the issue.

I almost didn't buy this because of the negative reviews on here, but I'm so glad I did! These soap dispensers look incredible, feel incredible, and dispense soap with no issues (I use the Method gel hand wash, so I can't speak to foaming soaps). Highly recommended if you're going for a classy minimalist look.

Love this soap dispenser

We love foaming hand soap at our house and this fits the bill. Easy to refill. Only comment is that the black finish shows dried water but any black finish will do that. Great price and great product, bought them for multiple bathrooms.

I love this set. I bought the soap dispenser, tumbler, and vanity tray. I only have three small complaints, but two of them are mostly my own fault. One: the set is a bit bigger than I would like, but I should have checked the product description. It makes my bathroom faucet look smaller. Two: the Moonbeam set is a lot darker than I thought. It seemed like more of an off-white color, but is actually a darker beige. And three: the head of the soap dispenser is made of plastic unlike the rest of the product. It scratches easily and feels a bit clunky. It also dispenses the soap in a very weak and "drippy" way, so you have to press it at least two or three times to get enough soap. Otherwise, the product is perfect. It has a very modern and minimalistic look, and keeps my already small bathroom counter look more spacey by keeping the toothbrushes and paste in the cup.

The top gets bumped so that it isn’t quite level, so it always looks broken even though it just needs to be adjusted. The finish darkens with any amount of moisture so it also always looks unclean. Not good for a bathroom sink that actually gets utilized.

The colour and feel of the design make it look smart.

I was hoping it would work for foaming hand soap, but it’s only for regular liquid soap. It’s a nice soap dispenser. I just compared it to something similar at TJ Maxx - it was much cheaper but it felt and looked much cheaper, too. Happy with my purchase.

Good looking, but it drools

I love the look and feel of this soap dispense, hence the three stars. It’s easy to fill and is the perfect height, but the spout drools on the vanity sink with every pump. I cannot recommend this product.

Perfect Addition To My Kitchen

Beautiful, but does not create watertight seal, leads to mold inside

We consistently get black mold/fungus growing inside this dispenser. The seal between the two parts is not water tight, so any water that drips from your hands as you pump inevitably goes into the soap, where it molds. I have stopped using it, but I am very sorry to say I haven't found a better option. It is really beautiful, and another friend who has the same one has never had this problem.
