Very well made and quiet operation, however found one drawback. Both cover and seat close together - so hard to keep the seats up together without holding them up. A little inconvenient if you’re a male!

Excellent. But the seat lid is a little thick for a cover to be secured over it.

There was no screw/bolt in the package to attach to the toilet. Very upset about that because there should be a set included.

Easy Install

Installs easily, Closes slowly, in about 3 seconds, after ten years of slamming my old lid, this is like magic :-)

It’s good but plastic feels a bit flimsy.

Improvement

Had to replace seat on a Delta toilet, and no delta seats in stock at stores. Ordered online and it is dramatic improvement from the one supplied in the original Delta toilet. One problem are the instructions, which in four steps don't cover everything, and we had to try 3 times to make it level. Otherwise, very happy and worth the money.

Pay attention to the reviews! Lots of comments about seat not staying tightened and this is correct! Also opening inside the the toilet seat is about an inch or so smaller than other round seats so this was an issue as well. Retuned it.

Uncomfortable and the seat won't stay up

The major flaw is that when the seat is put up it won't stay there, which is a problem for obvious reasons. It's also extremely frustrating while cleaning the bowl - I have resorted to taping it up! This is a poorly made product, don't waste your time and money.
