Great product & durable

This is the 2nd one we have purchased for our main toilet. The first one lasted 12 years and the only reason we replaced was that the “whiteness” of this particular seat has yellowed some. The soft close option still worked like the day we first bought it.

Fit is perfect, install was quite easy, just needed a Phillips head screwdriver! The quiet close seat lid is the best.

5 stars if had wasn't so noisy filling up

The toilet is the right height, slow lid is good, unless the men forget to put it down when they are done. I do find it very loud when it is filling up, will have to see if this is normal, I was having trouble with gurgling and have had my pipes camera by the city and plumbers so that is not the problem ? It was filling up just past the hole depending how how long you held the button down, It seems to be filling up now ? Just wondering if any others had the same problem, could be the toilet but ? I do have some blue dots on the toilet bowl? and there are two on the lid, but all in all it is better than the other one I got last year.

Delivery was right and exact. Product was delivered as prescribed. Quality was less than expected, hinge screws and fasteners don’t seem quality materials . Overall customer satisfaction somewhere around 2 or 3

Good replacements

The two we bought replaced the originals that had lasted well and still worked, but were starting to look shabby. The new ones were identical and installed easily.

I never received it and I'm still fighting for my refund.

We’re doing a bathroom remodel and I was tired of my kids slamming the toilet seat. I opted for the slow close. It was affordable, looks good, and slow closing. It’s easy to clean and change out. Really happy with my purchase.

Home Depot could not seem to get the right toilet delivered. Ordered 14" rough on line in and the received a 12" four times.
