Just a Simple Pastry Cutter
This pastry cutter is the same kind I have been using in my kitchen to make pie dough for the past forty years. Simple design and quality that lasts.
Excellent Form %26 Function!
This works great! Wired pastry blenders can be tough to find, but they are WAY better than the bladed styles. These make cutting shortening/butter into tiny pieces much easier. The included thumb guard is a nice touch as well.

Wire Dough Cutter Just Like Grandma's well built and works in cutting dough, butter, lard.
Poor packaging
Should be shipped in a box, came in a plastic envelope with several of the wires bent. I tried to straighten them, and used the blender this weekend. Because of the bends and gaps its not very efficient.

I love this "old time" kitchen tool! I had one just like it from my Grandmother and it finally broke so I was delighted to find this one. It is so much better and more comfortable to use than the newer ones.
