[Rewarded Review] Beautiful Rug

I love this rug. It's beautiful, soft to walk on, and is exactly what I was looking for. I purchased it in the color "Natural" and the pictures on the website do a good job of showing the true color. Note that the color name on the rug tag is "Olive" which I think is an appropriate description. It complements browns and olive greens nicely. I've included some pictures to show how it looks in different lighting. Very good price for such a lovely and nice quality rug. I highly recommend!

love this rug! it was the perfect fit for our living room

Won't hold up

Nice looking rug, but it's flimsy and gets sucked into my Dyson stick vacuum (i.e. not some big ultra-strong device). I've had it for 2 weeks and it's already pulled. I asked customer service for a refund -- they offered to give me 20% back or return it. Since I'm burnt out from rug shopping, I'll just keep it, but the whole thing is annoying. How is this issue not coming up in other reviews?Please make rugs that can be cleaned...

This rug is beautiful. I was afraid the pattern would be more prominent but it’s beautiful and muted. Colors bring out the stone in our fireplace. Obcessed.

Really beautiful. I’ve ordered many rugs and it is extremely difficult to find one that doesn’t look like it’s made of polyester and bound by a machine. This rug looks vintage, authentic, perfect.... Definitely get a nonslip rug pad. Doesn’t shed. Don’t hesitate. It’s gorgeous. Looks more expensive than it is. Colors are muted. Very subtle green, more browns.

Color different

The color had a much more greenish tinge than the pics and less of a brownish look. Didn’t go well with my floors, but my daughter is going to use it for her office. Also lighter color than expected. It was well packaged, low smell, and arrived in a timely fashion. However, I sent a message to ask about an exchange and did not get a reply. I did look it up and see that they don’t do exchanges but need to be returned instead.

Didn’t even last 6 months of wear

I loved this rug when I initially purchased it but it has absolutely come apart over the last 6 months. All of the threads have unraveled and are sticking out everywhere. I contacted customer support and they said they could nothing for me outside of that 30 day return window. That sucks that they won’t stand behind a product and its longevity. I purchased what I thought was a high quality rug and got Walmart quality. I will never buy from this company again.

Great quality for the price and shipped in two days! Do recommend a rug pad as the rug is a bit stretchy and can slide around on hardwood without the mat.

I got this rug for my living room in the natural color and I’m obsessed! The colors are perfect, natural with hints of green. You definitely need a rug pad under if your puttting it over hard woods!

Strong smell

The rug is thinner than expected, since it’s made of jute it does have knots here and there that are quite painful to walk on. We’ve had this rug for several weeks now and it still omits an unpleasant smell. Hoping it’ll dissipate over time.

Not my favorite

Packaging came opened and the rug smells sooo bad. Not very soft at all. I wasn’t expecting something plush, but this is very rough compared to some of my other jute rugs. Definitely need a mat underneath or some sort of tape. Color and look are cute, but execution was not there for me and the smell is very hard to look past.

Beautiful. Fabric is thick and durable, heavy too (if you get a larger size). Arrived very quickly. Was trying to match another product that was almost 4x the price and am very happy with this purchase.

Rug was pretty close to online pictures, shipped quickly, has held up well. Served its purpose for what I intended it for and would purchase again .

Love the design and color, which is exactly what I hoped for! I am a little concerned about the quality and hope it will last. Just noticed that it was described as a flatweave carpet which makes sense now. I was expected a heavier carpet. You will definitely need a pad underneath!
