Some arrived damaged

Some of my knobs arrived with rough and raised specks on them. I was on hold for over an hour trying to reach customer service.

Knobs not solid brass

Specs stated “solid brass”. I don’t think so - not heavy enough. They are metal, but not solid brass. Also the screw hole appears silver as if zink or composite metal.

Brass knobs

These knobs are very high quality solid brass. They exactly match the current knobs in my kitchen. We are adding four new cabinets.

Quality

I’ve ordered other knobs that were cheaply made. I could tell difference in quality as soon as I took this knob out of package. It was solid and had weight. Not flimsy.

Top quality chrome knobs

Top quality chrome knobs…. Searched extensively for a Chrome knob for my cabinets and found these on build.com…… company was and is great to deal with.

Nice Knobs

We actually finally went with German Fronde, but these are a very nice series of knobs!

Poor quality

Bought the same brand and model knobs in 2017 and were cheaper in cost. Ordered some replacements and they are cheaply made and different. They are lighter in weight and slimmer in metal. They do not match the same existing knobs I have. Just poor quality at a higher cost.. Left knob in photos are my 2017s knobs (better quality). Right knobs are the ones I received recently. The difference is totally noticeable after installed. Not happy with this purchase.

These look like brushed nickel, but they are very shiny. Not what I was looking for. I used them in another bathroom because I was past the return window.
