I have never had a problem with the quality of anything I’ve ordered through Home Depot until I ordered this headboard that came literally in pieces and not from shipping either. The construction was not glued together and it had a big chip in the wood. It’s like they sent me a reject. Completely disappointed. Promptly returned. I’m still dumbfounded as to why any manufacturer would send something out like that. Thank you, Home Depot for helping us.

Appears to be decent quality and the color as shown. Easy to assemble. The slats/boards aren't quite even.

Ordered 2 matching headboards for a guest room. One arrived in good condition but the other had a large crack in the front. Spent time requesting a replacement, submitting photos and responding to multiple emails from originating company before a replacement headboard was shipped. When the replacement arrived, it also had a different type of damage on the front of the headboard (a smashed-in area which appeared to have possibly been attempted to be repaired and repainted?) Had to spend time again reporting that damage, submitting photos, responding to emails before a 3rd headboard was shipped. Just received the third headboard and it also has damage on the front - a dent. This damage is small enough that I'm going to just accept it so I can be done with this. Now I need to pack up the other furniture boxes and bring them to a Fed Ex location to return them to the company per their request. So if you order this headboard you may very well receive one of those damaged headboards.

The headboard was cracked in the backside when we received it - and there was a rather large gap between slat and framing of the headboard on the left side - we didn’t send it back mainly because we had waited a while to receive it to begin with and didn’t want to start over.

Easy to assemble, seems to be sturdy so far

I loved the idea of this simple, white, wooden headboard. It came damaged. The company sent me a new one, but I had Sumer guest, and had to fix the 1st one to be ready in time.

It was exactly what I was looking for. Great Price!!

Headboard w/ USB Charger

It is a decent headboard. It is a good value for the price. It took some time and effort to get it stable bc it is not as thick as our other headboards. Great for our guest room. Added charger is a bonus!

This isn’t a flimsy headboard, it’s all wood. It’s also nicely finished front and back. I want to order a white one too.

It's a good-looking headboard and I was pleased with the fact that it came with clear instructions, and was easy to assemble (not much to do). Looks to be well made. It even included the bolts to attach the headboard to my metal frame; I did not expect that.

Just what we wanted.

Love this headboard with USB charger. It is heavy, sturdy and just wha we were looking for in a guest bedroom. The color is exactly as pictured. We love the "shiplap" kind of look even though our guest bedroom isn't what I'd call "nantucket". Fits perfectly with the decor.
