The product did not resemble the online photo. Customer service was polite and timely.. The quality was good , we are familiar with the brand.

Like it, but would like it more without the smell.

The rug is beautifully designed. I was hoping the weave would be a little tighter, as the rug I received appears to be large scraps of fabric woven together. There are some loose strings and I did find a few hard chunks of what seems like dried glue. It's incredibly difficult to find anything made of 100% cotton, and I do like the rug. That said, the rug is for my young son's room and smelled kind of horrible after unrolling. Since it is a 9'x'12' rug, and very heavy, the only option was to unroll it in his room as it would be extremely difficult to roll back up and move again. We've been opening the windows to air it out for the past few days but the smell has yet to dissipate. That's not really the rug's fault, but just something to keep in mind if you're buying a large rug that's been rolled up for a long time and plan to use it immediately.

This rug was a big disappointment. The colors are not vibrant as pictured but more faded. The rug appears old and used. The fabric is loose and will need to be constantly trimmed. I do not recommend this rug.

More of a rag rug

I was a little disappointed in this rug as it looks like a hooked rug in the pictures and it is more of a rag rug. I don't feel like it will hold up as well as others from Safavieh.

Blue blends

It is a heavy substantial rug. I expected there to be wider white stripes, however, it is beautiful and the non slip pad cuts to fit perfectly. All the blues blend or match my living room, and hall rugs. Very pleased.

I like this rug. The colors are as they appear in the picture. My only complaint is it's mostly cotton, so it's really hard to clean. Any water or liquid on it is instantly absorbed. It looks nice though

Great rug at a greater price. Purchased a couple of years ago this rug has worked very well in my entryway. The colors add a pop in an otherwise monotone foyer. The chevron pattern is a great complement to my transitional decor.

I have this in my guest bathroom, since it is cotton, it is perfect when stepping out of the shower. The different blues and red are a perfect complement to the wallpaper.

using as a backdoor mat for many years - shakes out clean and vacuums well - the heavy cotton absorbs water from wet shoes at kitchen door and we love it

Great rug, hard to keep clean over time. The loops of fabric can come loose after vacuuming.

Misleading photo

The actual rug looks nothing like the on-line photograph. The photo appears to have multiple small squares in muted colors. The rug that I received has 12" squares in bright, garish colors. I might be able to use it in a closet. The return postage is prohibitive.

This rug is so nautical! It is in my son's bedroom. It is very durable and does not show dirt. I sweep it regularly and have no problems with it. A good purchase!

Boys Room

Love the different colors in this rug. Although a bit difficult to vacuum because the pieces pull from the rug. Not sure I would've ordered it if I knew is was composed this way. But love it nonetheless.

Blue and white runner

Safavieh makes a nice product. I found a blue and white rug for the kitchen. its beautiful. I have to rebuy about every two years.

Not compatible with dogs

Despite other reviews, I ordered this rug hoping that it would not pull as easily as was reported. However, it is true. Within two days of having the rug, my dog had pulled a long strip of fabric out of the backing. I still hope to reattach it in some way, but I had to move it to another location away from our pets. I do like the design and feel very much! Just wish it were more durable.
