The egg Shell crate was not what they advertised or shown in the picture. The egg crate was only partially visible throughout the foam mattress. It looked like it was diseased.

Defective, but returnable

The topper was defective. When I opened it up from a folded position, I noticed it was still molded together throughout the center. I couldn’t separate it. Thankfully, I could return it to my local Walmart for a refund.

Starts out flattened

Bought a Twin XL size for a dorm room bed. When we took it out of the box, it was compressed flat, folded in half lengthwise, and rolled into a coil. When opened it was about an inch thick. (Pictures show it about 10 min after it was opened, unrolled, and unfolded.) It took about 14 hours for the foam to recover its full shape so that we could make the bed. There was also a faint acrid smell when first opened, but it dissipated very quickly (just a couple of minutes) and was not overwhelming or bothersome. My student said it’s been comfortable to sleep on. Has only used it for a week, so can’t speak to its durability, but so far would recommend it.

It took a few minutes to expand from flat to “egg crate,” but so far-so good!

Excellent topper, be patient and give it 2 to 3 days to expand. It allows a great nights sleep. It is a product that is worth every penny!

FYI, shipped in vacuum sealed bag.

Because it's shipped in a vacuum sealed bag, takes time to "release", expand to normal. Some areas stayed compressed and required massaging, pulling back and forth to release. Bought 2, same with both. 100% now. Also, let it air out before using to clear "new product" smell. Helped make a regular mattress feel like a pillowtop and a pillowtop feel even better.

Comfortable but stinky, give it time to inflate

The mattress topper was packaged efficiently—folded, rolled, and vacuum sealed in a medium-small box. At first, I thought I had received too small of a size, until I cut the vacuum-wrapped plastic and realized the whole topper was folded in half, hotdog-style.

Added inches of Pure Comfort

I used this NapQueen mattress topper in my grandson's room (on his twin bed). This eggshell like topper provided an additional layer of comfort to an already comfortable memory foam bed. I wasn't sure this product could improve an already comfortable bed, but it pleasantly surprised me. I'd highly recommend purchasing this product to enhance your comfort!

In the quest of a good night’s sleep

This looked as a great solution. We have a king size mattress. She wants more softness on her side and I don’t want to buy a speciality bed. This full size memory foam mattress pad fit the bill rather nicely. It fit her side perfectly and I got the same firmness on my side. Win-win.

Another Satisfying Purchase !

Received this item very fast, and it was very well packaged. Although it came with no directions- mainly how long to open and let expand to achieve its full height- I let it "rest" for 24 hours. Although it is a 1.5 inch topper, I feel that it expanded a bit taller, which is a good thing. I placed it on one of my twin beds and it fit very well (not too short). After sleeping on it, I think it is a great addition in the quest for a good night's sleep! And if you are wondering, there was no initial chemical smell when opening or after either. Definitely a keeper! And will be buying another one for the other "big" bed in the house!

Comfy mattress topper.

I was impressed with the packaging of this 1.5” egg-shell memory foam mattress topper. It came in a sturdy box with the topper rolled up in air tight shrink wrap bag, like those mattresses in a box. It rolled out nicely before cutting it open. After removing from the air tight bag it took roughly 10 minutes to really expand to its final thickness of an inch and a half. It was folded in half with a sharp crease down the center (see pictures). I opened it up and stretched out the crease to help it decompress. It’s true to size, I got the twin version, it fit the mattress perfectly. One side has the egg-shell shape where the opposite side is just flat. The gel foam material is very squishy yet firm and doesn’t slide around on top of the mattress, it seems to stay in place so it won’t bunch under movement. I have a mattress protector and decided to put this under that so it’s protected. Just a heads up it does have a slight manufacturing smell to it, so I’d say it’s best to let it air out for a night, it’s not bad, but some may be sensitive to the smell. We put this on the guest bed so it doesn’t get used all that much. It is a comfortable addition to the bed and guests have mentioned how nice and soft the bed was without knowing it was there so I’d say it works well! Very happy with this and would recommend.

Great Value for the Money

Delivery on this item was fast, and it was well packaged after opening. I released it from the plastic & let it set for 24 hours, as to expand to its expected height. I think it came up even higher than expected. Its easy to maneuver- as in getting on & off the bed. It fits the twin mattress perfectly too. I've used it a week & so far it meets all expectations. ( I've used other mattress toppers that failed miserably) I'm thinking of getting another one for my guest bedroom.

Its size fits a twin mattress nicely. and is easily "maneuverable" - as in getting it on & off the bed. I've used it for a week now and I feel it works well. Comforting Addition

The topper was packaged entirely in plastic to protect from any damage. This is a comforting addition to my bed. It was easy to lay out and I slept well. I have a back problem so any relief I can get is more than welcome. It fit my twin mattress when put under sheets and mattress cover. The topper apeared to be solidly made and durable. I hope to enjoy many sleep filled nights.

Very Comfortable Mattress Topper

I had never tried a mattress topper before. This NapQueen Twin Egg-Shell Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper has made my mattress remarkably more comfortable. It arrived packed perfectly and very compact. Once the plastic wrapping was removed, it wasn't long before it completely expanded to 1.5 inches high. Lots of cushion with little hassle

product arrived in good packaging with attention to moisture barriers and humidity wicking packets and sanitary plastic wrapping as well. The foam was very high quality and was very easy to move about. I ordered the size of twin which is very versatile and can be easily used in motor vans, sofas, sofa beds and beds. I found the cushion and text quality of the item to be superior for an item of such minimal thickness.
