Firm
When they say firm they mean really firm. Maybe this will help my 9 yr old granddaughters back problems. So tbc .
The mattress was very hard and I've only had it a few days and it seems to be developing a sag where I've been mostly laying. I guess you get what you pay for.

Mattress is supposed to be 12 inches . It hardly went to 8 inches
Don’t bother
I bought in because of the high ratings. Not as expected. The corners didn’t fully come up. There’s a ridge running down an edge. A corner sticks up. I sink right into it sitting on edge.I’ll give it a few nights sleep to see how it goes. I’m thinking I’ll eventually send it back. Should have went with the Zinus
this matress has zero smell and rolled out so perfectly to size in less than an hour
