Very happy with this island. Very sturdy and solid. By looking at pictures before I bought it looked like the top was a light grey. A little disappointed that it was darker but other than that I love it.

Difficult to assemble, parts don’t fit, not gray!

This looks great once it’s done but assembly was difficult. This is advertised as Gray and it is more of a green color. The one support piece was too big and we had to manually sand it down to get the bottom to fit. The peg holes for the shelf don’t fit easily. The precut holes are too small. It has the potential to be a great product but it’s not quite there. Just know if you purchase this, it’s going to take a lot of work to finish. I would not purchase again.

Simply AMAZING

I love this!! I have been wanting an island and with having a older house I'd have to gut my whole kitchen. I shopped for months and kept coming back to this one. I finally ordered it. It came the NEXT day! It did come in 3 boxes. It wasn't the easiest to put together but wasn't the worst. It feels like it costs way more than it does. I love all the storage. The top does scratch easily. And it attracts fingerprints and dirt easily. It's not true cement more like painted with something but it is still solid. The Stools are sturdy. Great purchase!

Better than expected! I read the other reviews and it said the draws don’t fully extend. They do they’re just not as deep as the counter because you have the seating area. From the pictures I expected a light gray top but it is a darker gray a little disappointing but still a pretty pretty piece. Ample room for storage, Which was what I was looking for. It came in three large boxes Driver put them in my garage. The following day my husband put it together by himself in about two hours. All in all I am very happy with this purchase

Disappointed

The island came early and we were very happy. We thought it came put together but we were surprised it came in 3 boxes. The instructions are just pictures of what to do and no written instructions. When I was tighting the screws a couple of them would not tighten. Lucky they were in a spot it will not matter and I worked with them. After I put it together we thought it was a great island. Than we started using it and found out drawers only open part way, the top will scratch if you put something on it and move it. There is no address or number to call to ask questions. It says you have a 1 year Warranty but no instructions who to contact. The island is from Vietnam.

Great cabinet, needs a better top surface finish

This island was a perfect addition to our mini kitchen update. I love the look and functionality. The drawers are really short, but we make good use of them. My only complaint is that the finish on the top, is absolute garbage. You set anything on their and it will scratch or eat through the finish. It looked a mess within a month of owning. We have had for almost 2 years, aside from needing to refinish the top, we love it.

Came in 3 boxes very solid looks great in the kitchen- kids love the benches and use every day- easy to clean, good built in storage, weighs a ton!

Easy to assemble

This is perfect for my home! It is heavy, well made and assembly was a breeze. One of the towel bars was broken, not a big deal to me. I would recommend.

One of the best online purchases I’ve ever made!! Very sturdy and well made. Took 2 men to lift top. Make sure you have strong people to help you. Thinking of trying to lighten the white. It’s very off white. I would also like to darken the cement top to match our concrete countertops. Took my fiancé 2 hours to assemble the island. We have gotten a lot of compliments.

This island is awesome! I bought it with low expectations as I had never ordered from Overstock.com before and I had bad experiences with the competitor sites in recent months so I thought what the heck.. I ordered it, it shipped within the week following the order being placed, it arrived before the eta of delivery provided. There were 3 boxes in all, you will need some help as it is pretty heavy to take pieces out of the box especially the countertop, it's an actual poured concrete top... OMG! It was pretty simple to put together but a lot of hex screws which if you have a hex screw attachment to your screw gun, probably could be done much faster then using the hex wrenches provided but all in all, it went together smoothly and no issues.. It comes with two (2) stools which is a bonus! It looks great in my kitchen and the extra storage I now have is fabulous!

The cabinet was well protected during shipping and came on time. Many holes needed drilling. We are happy with the purchase, except that I found it on a********** for less than $*** today under it’s true name.

Farmhouse Charm

Words cannot express the beauty of this island! I’ve gotten numerous compliments! It took my daughter and I about 2 hours to put it together, however, the directions are very clear! It took three people to turn it over once finished because the countertop - which I ADORE is quite heavy! Great quality, beautiful color- worth every penny! The two stools that accompanist are sturdy and add an ideal luxury to the island. If you have blue wall in your kitchen the blue from the gray countertop may pull a bit, but regardless it’s quaint!

Not disappointed

This is a sturdy piece of furniture. My 11 year old son and I put it together in about 3 hours. The top is super heavy. The instructions have you put it together upside down (which is necessary) And then when you are about 90% done you are instructed to flip it over and assemble the rest. I could not flip it with my husband it was too heavy and did not feel that it was safe to roll. Therefore I unscrewed the top, we flipped it and then re installed the top. The only draw back of that was that the holes are just into the substrate and they can get bigger by screwing and removing repeatedly. One of our screws would not stay in. I do wish the the drawer runners were a little better quality but they do function. There is plenty of space in the cabinets. It is nice to have added so much kitchen storage. I am never sure when ordering online that I see colors accurately but this is exactly how it is pictured. The stools tuck in very nice with only an inch or two sticking out. The top cleans easily with a quick wipe of natural cleaner.

This piece is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. I replaced my table with the island. This is a Very sturdy piece of furniture and provides additional work surface as well as storage. It was well packed providing protection against any shipping damage. Assembly will take 2 people because of the weight and about 4-6 hours to assemble I am pleased with the finished product
