These came quickly after ordering, and are just what I was looking for. Expertly packed, easy to assemble, and exactly as pictured/described. Excited to have them in my space to make it feel more like home.

NOT White Faux Marble

I love Nathan James pieces. And I really loved the look of these online. I ordered them thinking the top would be a faux white marble top just as described and how it looks in the photos. Nope. Not at all. It's a dingy grey background with blurry dark grey streaking. The pieces otherwise are gorgeous and sturdy. I hate I already put them together and tried to fall in love. I just can't, but it's too much of a hassle to return and I certainly don't want to pay shipping on a return for something I feel was not accurate. (Pardon the photos. I have just moved and am unpacking. I put my TV on them while I move stuff around.)

Not impressive but very functional

It is well made and easy to assemble, but the top is just a laminate and the drawer is kind of cheap. I love the design but wish it was just a little nicer. Not bad for the price.

Sturdy and Gorgeous

The drawer is heavy and sturdy - made out of quality wood. The marble is gorgeous.

Clearly Used, Returned, then Resold

The 2 nightstands were packaged thoroughly and couldn't have possibly been damaged in transit, and yet they were damaged. Both nightstands have clear scratches and damaged spots on them in places that couldn't have possibly been done in shipping. Both nightstands were also sticky with residue from I have no idea what. I'm keeping them because shipping them back would be a huge pain, but save your money.

MCM Quality

I debated buying these nightstands for 6 months! They are solidly made, arrived well packaged with no damage, require modest assembly (attaching legs), and are perfect style and color to match our Thuma bed frame. Don’t wait 6 months like I did!

Gorgeous

These tables are gorgeous and very heavy. The weight is substantial and they are quality pieces. I got two of the side tables and love them. Love the wood with the added flair of the faux marble top. The two materials are perfect together. Don't hesitate.

Good quality, quite happy

The wood and top was in perfect condition. Feels very sturdy and substantial. I was so worried reading all the reviews and how damaged their tables were. Mine was beautiful. The faux marble top was a lot darker and more veiny than the photo which I was not too happy with. I am going to cover it with marble contact paper that looks like the photo, that should do the trick. Overall very pleased..

Great table; incredible customer service

The nightstand looks exactly as pictured. It’s steady with no wobbling. It was super easy to assemble since the top half came done and you just had to affix the legs. It’s a great nightstand but I’m really writing this review due to the amazing customer service. I ordered two and one came with some damage where the veneer had been scraped off. Nathan James reps were professional, nice, and made getting a replacement super easy. I’ve never had customer service this excellent. It reminds me of the stories of the lengths early Amazon would go to for their customers. When other furniture stores take months to resolve issues and are never taking accountability, it’s truly a standout. I will go out of my way to look for Nathan James products in the future

Worlds best customer service

I will be a repeat customer of Nathan James furniture! I received one of my mid-century modern nightstands without homes drilled in. But boy howdy! That was a blessing in disguise because customer service rep, Cameron, was so great to resolve the issue. He promptly issued me a new one, which arrived in a matter of days. And then, I kid you not, the company sent some Ghiradelli chocolates with the kindest apology note. I seriously called my friends and family and told them of my experience and they need to shop Nathan James. The nightstands are sturdy and the exact aesthetic I was hoping for! I now can’t wait to redo more rooms in my home. Thank you, Nathan James and Cameron!

It’s just like what I had expected. Pretty and functional! The customer service was the best as well! One item came without the legs but they quickly replaced it with another new end table. I wish this company sold more items!

Great nightstand but cheap top

The table design is beautiful and for the price it’s even better. But the fake marble top is too fake for the design. Any kind of cheap stone would be better even if it makes it a little more expensive. I still love them and I am looking for someone to change the too for a real stone.

Love the end tables but one came

The Jacklyn Side Table is Adorable and perfect for just about any space!

The Nathan James Jacklyn side table is ADORABLE! The table arrived nicely packaged in a box with a cute message! "Iced coffee? Meet Side Table"I opened everything and it seemed to be perfect. As I was assembling the table I attempted to brush what appeared to be a tiny piece of Styrofoam packaging off the of the top of the shelf. Unfortunately it was actually a defect in the paint/laminate which flaked off. I have reached out to customer service about this and will update my review when I hear back from them. .It took me a little over an hour to assemble the table from boxed to finished. The only tool you will need is a phillips head screwdriver. I have assembled a lot of furniture and this was not too difficult for me. The directions are clear and the illustrations are very helpful. I sometimes had to read and reread, examine the illustrations and the actual parts to figure it out though.(That's pretty typical for me when I assemble furniture) I did find one mistake in the instructions for step 1. The instructions say "Insert 2 CAM bolts (1), 1 (8*30 mm) Wooden Dowel (3) and 1 (6*30mm) Wooden Dowel (4) into Right Side Panel D. It should actually say insert 2 (8*30mm) Wooden Dowels. (See photo) You do not need Wooden Dowel part #3 (6*30mm) in this step. That's why it is so important to read the directions AND look at the illustrations BEFORE completing each step in furnitureassembly. I did what the illustration indicated and it was correct. The written instructions were incorrect on this step.It took me a little while to figure out the rail installation. That part was the most difficult to understand but it could just be me.Don't over-tighten anything!Upon completion The Jacklyn side table is so cute and the drawer slides nicely! I love the antique gold legs and drawer pull. It seems very sturdy. As you can see from the photos this table fits well as a living area side table (pics in my she shack) or a bedside table (she is perfect in my guest room and that's where she will stay!)I'm sad that my table surface has a small chip (it can easily be touched up)but I'd still buy this table again. In fact, I'll probably order another one for the other side of the guest room bed!I highly recommend this product!
